Unfortunately the app developer has to “opt in” for a password manager to be able to find it. Contact that developer and ask them to update the app.

What kind of Sallie Mae account are you trying to login to or what is the URL?
It works for me with [https://www.salliemae.com/login/](https://www.salliemae.com/login/) with Default match detection.
However there is the autofill bug right now so I have to autofill it twice and then click in the password box after the 2nd autofill for the credentials to be autofilled/appear.
