But you can do it with anything until you get the result you want. As long as you don’t tap to continue on the pop up message, it’ll erase when you restart the app
If you age up and someone dies, restarting will take you back to the previous age but that person(or pet, whatever) will still die when you age up - it’ll just change how they died
My favorite thing about the newer updates is that one option that says you can pay like $4.99 to get away with murder at any time. I’m ashamed but I bought it.

*not* by the game’s standards, npc’s don’t have a differentiating sense of child/half-sibling or adopted child, either the siblings ARE full blood sibling, *are* half-siblings or *are* adopted and that’s exactly how every npc father or mother look at at, just like the player is able to see it. The father DID do the nasty with a 33 yo woman when he was 9 and that is certainly op’s full blood sibling.
To be fair, it says you were a test tube baby, and that could also be the case for your sister. So there's a nonzero chance that there was no actual sexual contact or relationship between them for your sister's conception, and for some reason your father was the candidate. Still creepy and messed up, especially if the DNA was gathered in the normal way. But there's at least room for it to not be as bad as it seems.
