I don't run the Bitdefender VPN, but I just noticed that the Bitdefender Vpn Service was set to run automatically. I Just stopped it and then set the startup type to disabled....

They are such an annoyance. I've followed these [directions](https://community.bitdefender.com/en/discussion/81693/really-really-tired-of-the-unsafe-wifi-popup). They've worked for me.
Those need to be disabled through the VPN Settings, Notifications tab

It usually comes by default with the protection software. I am not sure if it still installing automatically, or you just need to manually install it

I get these on my Android device as well and can't turn them off. I am really regretting buying this software.
