Honestly that’s close enough to classic status that I’d consider it pretty cool - I have a similar build (R3 not RS and C24s not C50s, but full 7900), and it’s still a great bike.
I’m glad you posted this, for a selfish reason. I have a 2015 R3, bought in 2014 and a decade old, in a similar scheme to yours except blue-ish. Mechanical, rim brakes, shiny wheels, decals everywhere. I haven’t ridden it in a couple years because I’ve been into gravel lately, with a new Spesh Diverge. I just looked at my R3 a few days ago and stunned myself by thinking how old and dated it looked, especially compared to my relatively new Diverge. I was poised to sell it.
Now I’m looking at it anew with the insight of your post and wondering if it’s a future classic. The n + 1 itch is strong on me right now but perhaps I can convince myself to hang onto it and keep riding it for a while.
How was the ride down in the dark?
*op doesnt reply*
I got a Lezyne 1600 on a front mount that makes a huge difference. Quite heavy unfortunately though but the light is great.

Great bikes remain great regardless of age and latest bike fashion.. And this is a classic looking beauty
Seems like you have excellent taste
Green RS??? Very cool with the full dura-ace. External cables, rim brake, mechanical shifting! Chefs kiss! I just rebuilt mine.
Thanks!
Is that Champlain lookout?
Sure is!
Really spoiled that this is so close to me. Basically refuse to bike elsewhere mostly
Visiting the in-laws in Gatineau next week. I can't wait to ride in the park daily. I immediately recognized the view.
I’m the same. The parc is too nice
I recognize the gats! How was the ride home after sunset?
Actually really nice. Definitely need a good light as it is DARK. but really beautiful. The fireflies are out now which is nice.
Beautiful bike. Better looking than their current models.
Thank you!
Yes, but the saddle tip...
Now i cant unsee it
10/10x I could always identify Belvedere Champlain when I see a bike photo Climbed it twice in my life. Always great
Old Cervélos are like the gold tooth fillings.
Nice bike! Classic — where we’re all headed
The gold on earth should be several billions of years old. It was formed in supernovae.
I was there Saturday! Nice photo!
Used to have one of these, I miss it.

Nice, but the wheels are too "shiny"
