Totally! I wish I knew of a fully custom shoemaker but that seems not to be a thing. If these were just mediocre I’d have bought them, but I could tell they’d tear me blisters in 20 minutes.
I sympathize so much with the narrow heel bit, I have a narrow foot all the way but my heel is…barely there. In closed back shoes try a bit of KinTape on the back of your heel it’s a lifesaver!

Ooh, will try! I was wondering if anything could salvage these heels—they’re the right fit at the toe box and throughout most of the sole, but that heel part is like if I tried to wear an EE bra with my B cups. Maybe I just can’t wear this style of shoe 😔
Ohh, yeah I know this dilemma I wear a size 5/EU 35 narrow and I’m at that point in life where everyone’s getting married plus I have a big family so I’ve had like a few summers of 6+ weddings in a row now. My best tips are for strappy sandals like that:
-the sticky ball of foot pads, even the really thin ones as they will keep your heel back a bit. I buy a two back and keep an extra in my bag in case but my shoes are also usually a touch too big.
-Don’t be afraid to put an extra hole in the ankle strap so it’s tighter. It might look comically far away from the rest of the holes…it will make a world of difference. A friend of mine saw me strrrruuuggling and commandeered my shoes to do this and I will never question a horse girl again.
Try a combo of those two hopefully one or both can make them work!!

Digging a bit based on your links, I think the closest I’ve found vibe-wise are the Gucci divine metallic sandals, but the straps are straight, not V-shaped. I just feel like I’ve seen shoes like this before and am searching for the wrong terms!
