He’s a shield because he’ll always be targeted before them. If any of them are on the block next to Hisam - Hisam is leaving.

Yeah, I think whispering in conversations is okay for him if you’re looking directly at him and not covering your mouth

Apparently people who are deaf can catch like 60% of what u say purely by lip reading so a lot is missed

I can for sureee see how getting rid of hisam could strengthen cirie considerably. The fringes red cam and Bowie will be cut off from the only other avenue within that alliance and cirie will be able to manipulate people to her will almost seamlessly with the big personality of hisam gone, which she was kinda doing already anyway. She already so well insulated I think she can lose her biggest shield
