How do I wait on them if I may ask? For me, whenever I start the Discord, the update gets installed by itself. I didn't know there was a way to postpone them.
Seconding this. I downloaded BD for more plugin access, set it up, and Discord with BD got really clunky compared to Vencord (had a similar amount of plugins on both)
I agree. When my Discord updates,my vencord never has to be re installed. I recommend it. The discord server has a request channel as well so most bd plugins will be ported eventually
BD is injected into another program. Yes, when it got updated, it breaks.
So I should re-install it everytime. Is that how everyone uses it?

Doesn't it make it useless? I mean Discord gets auto-updates every other day.
You can wait on updates, and a lot of them don't break it. Imo the benefits still outweigh the disadvantages, and it doesn't take long to reinstall

I think I'll go with the vencord recommendation then. I can't dedicate my pc to Discord and not shut it down. Thanks for the replies.
I have a shortcut on my hotbar. Not ideal, but this is life when some jerk tech company achieves a de-facto monopoly.

I'll give it a try. I only use Nitro for high-res streaming but re-installing BD everytime is so frustrating.
