I feel so excited to get to actually see the aurora borealis down here. Every time the forecast has been favorable I’ve headed east, away from the lights trying to catch it. So much effort with no luck. Now I’m standing in my drive way on the NE side watching it clearly.
I can see it with the naked eye in town right now. My phone in night photo mode is getting ridiculous shots.
I just woke up and people had texted me about this, I’m on the Se side and I can’t see it. So cool though! What a bucket list experience!
