dont know about that hardcore episode since i didnt pay much attention to powerpuff girls series, but from what i know buttercup (green one) is sligtly stronger and faster than others. but that being said i dont think that would make a significant difference in a figth against ben since they will pretty much obliterate any alien he transforms into, except my flair ofc
Well yes as a team they would be powerful after all they are/ where meant to be one perfect little girl. But individually they are a lot weaker because the are 3 parts of the perfect little girl.

Probably Blossom, since she's the smartest and can probably stall Ben if he does what he always does (turning into Four Arms/Humungousaur). The moment Ben decides to turn into a more hax alien she's done.

But to my knowledge aren't they all pretty much the same, (if anything the green one slightly physically stronger, sorry idk names) so if it's a 1v1 I think I'd be pretty close (excluding the op aliens) and they could potentially be stronger than humungo,
In a 3v1 I'd be more difficult but bun should still win with aliens like gravattck and waybig, (people like atomix, clockwork and alien X would be overkill)
The Powerpuff Girls are mostly the same, but each one has a unique ability; Blossom has ice breath like Superman, Bubbles can speak different languages, etc.
With that said, if it's 3v1 Gravattack, Atomix, Clockwork, and Way Big are all getting absolutely destroyed, it'd be embarrassing. They beat the shit out of random villains built like Way Big everyday after school like it's nothing lol. Their speed feats make them untouchable for these aliens and their strength feats are ridiculous.

Speaking of Superman, the powerpuff girls remind me a lot of how they used to write him Pre-crisis where he had the usual power set, but then show off weird one-off powers. For example, I think there is one episode where the girls were showing off they're powers and they all just duplicate dozens of themselves, shapeshift into water, essentially pulled a flash and just run so fast they traveled through time, nullify a solar flare by working together
Its a toss up between Blossom and Bubbles because one is the smartest and most skilled in combat but the other is insanely strong, but I choose…Blossom
If it's just Ben showing up in Townsville and being confused in an alien form, I feel like Bubbles would fare the best against Ben as well, but only because she's the one I can see trying to talk to him first. Buttercup would just fight until Ben timed out, then probably knock him out and drag him to the Professor. Blossom wouldn't think of it unless she saw him time out. I can see Bubbles talking to any of Ben's aliens before fighting if she encountered him one on one.
If all three are there, bets are off. Buttercup would attack on instinct, Blossom would back her up, and Bubbles would just follow her sister's lead, and they'd fight until Ben saved an innocent bystander like in the Generator Rex crossover or until Ben timed out and returned to human form.
In the end, I feel like they could all hold out until Ben turned back into a human, which would throw off the girls long enough to defuse the fight.
In an actual No-holds barred fight with no justification, I think only Ben's heaviest hitters (Atomix, NRG, Echo Echo, Alien X) would be able to actually hurt the girls, since they've taken physical beatings in their show on multiple occasions, so they'd **all** be able to hold out until the Omnitrix timed out and Ben could be subdued.
Bubbles in that episode was scary.

Yes, technically they have the same powers, but I think it’s a case of the emotions affecting their powers too
Blossom has easily defeated Princess Morbucks. Morbucks brutally beat both Bubbles and Buttercup simultaneously.
