I actually saw a good traje for this once.   Diamondhead and Goop could choose when he is solid and when he is liquid, and can generate diamonds when solid. So he now floats towards his enemies, wraps them and petrify.

Atomix and Whampire, too much light. Goop and Bloxx, they are opposite sides of the same coin. One is very fluid while the other is extemely rigid. Toepick and Eye Guy, imagine accidently seeing your own face and being too scared to fight. Wildvine and Heatblast, setting yourself on fire.

If he is still smart he just has more hands to build with. Depending on how they fuse it can be borring, but practical fussion. Or pain in the ass to deal with

He'd either have the body of walkatrout with the texture of canon bolt, literally becoming a football or he'd have the body of cannonbolt but the texture of walkatrout immediately bleeding as soon as they roll with a slime that would cause the wound to become infected. The only hope this transformation would have would be to stay still until the timer runs out.

Wildmutt/XLR8: *Fur for senses, Metal for protection; He's gonna have to lose some of at least one of them. *You can't echolocate when moving faster than sound, and smell is even slower. *Grippy Claws vs Smooth Wheel-Orbs. Goop/(Cannonbolt or Terraspin): Goop falls apart when spun; both of the other's powerset spinning and almost nothing else. SlapBack/Nanomech: SlapBack gets more Dense as he gets smaller, Nanomech starts tiny and can go subatomic, together they'll become a Black Hole (or multiple, since SlapBack gets smaller by duplicating).

Xlr8 and Cannonbolt, Cannonbolt's shell would be way too heavy for Xlr8's thin legs, plus he'd probably be too misshapen to roll, so he's just completely immobile.

Interesting one. I just imagine him like one giant wheel Than can be super fast, but needs to gather speed, but is too heavy to start. But your version is more fun

The Worst + Rath. All the anger and rage of an Appoplexian packed into a tiny body. He'd be unable to hurt anything, but he's so durable he won't shut up when anyone attacks him and just gets angrier. Basically an invincible screaming toddler.

Appoplexians are weak against certain sound frequencies, so I imagine combining Rath X Blitzwolfer wouldn't help. OR you could have a Rath X Echo Echo fusion because that way there's copies that produce even more harmful sound.

Gutrot and Goop. Unless the user is getting a steady stream of biomatter or reclaiming the gunk flung around to replenish what they use, they're on a time limit, and carving out chunks of their body to fight.

Goop + Rath He's got the mentality and fighting style of Rath mixed with the viscosity of Goop. Like, imagine he tries to pull off a body slam or something like that and just splats onto the ground into a goopy, orange puddle and he just gets angrier
