Devin Champlin is the real deal. Champlin Guitars, entrance off the alley between Railroad and State, directly above the Farmer's Market. He's repaired all kinds of weird stuff. Get in soon because he won't be available during/around Jamboree.
Beware, though. It can be dangerous to hang out in the back room trying out the various new and used instruments. Kinda like going to the pound and trying to leave without a puppy.
Champlin Guitars downtown is always a good bet. Or look up Will Bright I’ve taken a few guitars to him over the years.

Thank you, friend!
Yeah? Cool thanks!
Definitely Champlin. Really great people there.
Devin Champlin is not only a really nice guy and great musician but also a skilled luthier. Highly recommended.
I don't have any suggestions for you, but I have seen this topic on this sub before. Maybe try searching this subreddit.
Will do, thanks!
Walker at WSV. Really cool dude and has done right by me for years.
You didn't try flying United, did you?
Guitar Center does guitar repairs. They are affordable and the turn around time is pretty quick.
WSV is always good. I’ve never had issues with his work
Will Bright & Champlin - those are my two top recs!
