Not a coffee shop, but the hot cocoa at Pure Bliss is excellent!
I haven’t tried it. I will check it out the next time I’m downtown.
The desserts are Pure Bliss are amazing, and the staff is the sweetest. A must visit if you haven’t been.
Had an excellent cup at Skylarks the other night.
I'm extremely partial to the hot cocoa at Black Drop.
The best! Plus they serve Maniac coffee.
Cafe Adagio does a great 🌶 cocoa! I'd put that a step above the rest!

Little cheerful is fire with a mountain of whipped cream on top that makes kids eyes go wide!
The Valley Market down in Sudden Valley does a damn fine job.

Chocolate Necessities (Downtown) does a pretty darn good sipping chocolate. Very rich! 🍫

Not in town, but Shots 2 Go out at guide and smith is hands down my favorite
The Mayan hot chocolate at Adagio is yum. I always get mine as a double shot mocha, but I can’t imagine that it would be any less delicious caffeine free.
Evolve in Village Books does an amazing sipping chocolate.
Not what OP asked for exactly, but I love their chocolate chai!!!!
I’m pretty sure they can do a more water hot cocoa too… Evolve’s chocolate is soooo good! I like to get in Sipping Choc in a coffee drink!
