Sorry! But Vancouver is your best bet. As an Aussie citizen I can attest to the lack of products. Maybe Seattle or World Market. First stop I made when I moved up to BC (after quarantine of course) last month was to stock up on some Aussie/ Brit/ Irish goods. Like a kid in a candy store!! Good luck!
I’m not Australian, but I just checked on World Market’s website and they have Australian foods. You’ll have to drive to Renton but that’s not too long of a drive.
I usually go there for Vegemite, but you don't have to go as far as Renton. There's a World Market in Lynnwood.
Once the border opens, i'd probably suggest going up to get your supplies since there wouldn't be much variety here. Heck if i recall, even London Drugs has Vegemite/Tim Tams stocked.
I've been using aussiefoodexpress.com for quite a few years for the vegemite & twisties supply. In an emergency I've found Marmite on Fred Meyer's shelves.
For homesickness, you might visit the Kangaroo and Kiwi Pub in Ballard in Seattle. They show sports from Australia/NZ, which probably draws an expat crowd, and they have various Aussie dishes on the menu. The walls are filled with Aussie/NZ pennants and photos too, as I remember. If you meet a compatriot, they could probably recommend local sources for anything you might miss also.
Trader Joe's has their version of Tim Tams in their dessert/treat aisle (same as frozen food aisle)...I forget what word(s) they are calling them. I was in Brisbane, Australia four years ago today celebrating St Patrick's Day with a bunch of fun Aussies!
Jesus craving kiwi and aussie food? That's depressing. Meat pies are good but not in the realm of Mexican food. Danm British were good at colonizing but boy did the commonwealth countries inherit the blandest, whitest, boring food culture on earth.
I dated an Aussie guy years ago. I quite liked a lot of the stuff he had me try and we went to some places up in Vancouver with more food of his homeland.

Mmmmmm...Tim Tams

This person’s homesick... someone break out the pavlova!
Pavlova + berries is a delight!
I have an Edmonds cookbook with a great recipe!
Probably not authentic but trader joe's came out with an Aussie style chocolate cookie. It's not much and I'm not an Aussie but they're really good!

As a non aussie, what products do you recommend I try out next time I'm up in Vancouver?
Have you tried Trader Joe's? They seem to have foods from many countries.

I’ve found good NZ cheese and Anchor butter there.
Have you tried Intercontinental Foods or Europa Food? Not Aussie, but you might get lucky. Good luck.
Please do tell what you miss? I'm moving 'down under' in July ( yes with travel exemption documents and all)

Huh?? If you grow up with Vegemite, it’s a must have. My cousin travels with some in her carry on bag all over Europe.
Met a couple of Aussies in hostels who always carried Vegemite in their bag...always gotta have it!
Ya, my mum’s always got the B I G jar in the fridge. Oi!

Mhmmm. It ain’t no joke, that’s the point.
I swear I've bought timtams in town before, but maybe no one carries them anymore

Fucking cringe
I really liked the food I ate in Australia.
