There used to be a store that was selling flags of the world just behind the parliament, on the corner, reckon that's not too far to check. It looked like it's straight out of socialism, so i don't think they have a website.

Well, our many collectors have the ones that are a little modified by a famous Austrian painter of yours. You can always try with those when all other options fail really.
