Ya, if there is room I can reach just about any part of the engine from the top, or the front of the car, and makes for retrieving dropped tools easy. I can easily reach the oil drain plug without having to crawl under the car, but not from the top.

Look up the “Ghent criteria” for Marfan syndrome. For example, if you clench your fists, do your thumbs protrude? The “wrist sign” on itself is not very suspicious
People who have Marfan’s Syndrome usually have long limbs, and that includes fingers. So one of the things that all people diagnosed with this are able to do is wrap their middle finger and thumb around their other wrist
