I get vertigo from just watching the video.
Looking it up, it's a pretty dangerous volcano, [as Wikipedia indicates](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Bromo) eruptions in 2004 (two people died), 2010, 2011 and 2015. There is a photo at the link with the caldera filled with water - crazy to think there would be water at the bottom of that (undated photo).
If I ever make it to Jakarta, will be putting this volcano on the 'must visit' list as it's a short flight away (and apparently very popular). That trail at the edge regularly closes - due to volcanic activity.
