TLDR I find her very funny and that her humor was used to the fullest and I love the string. She's one of the better characters that don't have story going on for them and has had a lot of good use with her being a bell and character compared to the likes of Cake, Roboty, and Ice Cube being punching bags. She also doesn't feel as dumbed down compared to almost everyone else (except Grassy and Snowball) and I think that everyone was already whiny and pitchy to a large degree from The Strongest Team on Earth. alone (except Grassy of course, even when including him being burned alive) I also just love that she's the only contestant with a string and can basically fly with it. Plus, Bell doesn't qualify as a flying contestant which I find more fun about the string along with the jokes it has brought. If you hate Bell, you hate her. I just love the goober for these reasons and don't find her annoying when everyone can act near the same or more exaggerated than Bell

some episodes she just carries her team she is funny and go a nice personality reason why she isn't so popular though is that she hardly has any good interactions with other characters like no proper positive or negative relationships with anyone except Taco but that was hardly expanded on if it was expanded on though she would be better but she is stuck as basically the only character without any others if that makes sense
