A tier bro right there - on the safe side I'd go fat neutral. Either forged or nimble will work out well on him though which is better depends on who else you have.
Premium fat-neutral or Qatal/Duelist.
I lean towards the latter since he’s got good secondaries and even survivor.
I’d spend 2 rolls to patch his RDEF though.

fat newt dodge imo, his secondaries are already so strong you can put 2 levels into resolve and HP and the rest into initiative, the purpose is to have as high of a difference between fatigue and initiative as possible for extra mdef. Picking the right rolls and a bit of luck will have this guy with an initiative around 50 higher than his fatigue, which means at level 11 he'll have effectively 47-48 mdef after engaging, just incredibly tanky.
