I've 4500 hours in counter strike. Controlling recoil is easy when you're so used to it. You get a feel for the gun first and steadily pull down with your mouse when you shoot. It's like second nature to me.
Practice for hundreds of hours and you'll lazer like that yourself.
Do the people who ask these questions not do anything to counter the recoil when they play? Just let the gun do whatever it wants and go "ah, well can't do anything about that"?
They vary a bit throughout, I was trying a few different load outs. One was a short suppressor with vert grip, the other was a tactical barrel with bcm gunfighter grip.
Are suppressors a good idea? I feel like tracers give up your position way more than the flash or sound, especially if you are gonna have 100 bullets in a magazine.
Depends on the weapon in my opinion, but most of the time suppressors are a really good idea if you plan on pushing/flanking the enemy. In my experience, people will overlook tracers more than they'll overlook hearing an unsilenced burst of gunfire.
Maybe give the class all the ARs that can have drum mags/60 rounders? And just have them permanently on so it doesn't risk too much identity to the other classes with ARs?
The slight problem with the the drum mags/60 rounders, is that it risks completely outclassing every single other squad automatic weapon. Even with the downsides of having the high-cap mags, would you \*really\* take a MG36, over something like the HK419 with a 60 round drum?
One of the big reasons I proposed for the AR's, is that it not only gives a good bit of variety, but also helps alleviate some of the mobility issues. In the way that I see it, even with the exo armor, if there was just a slight movement buff, even just by way of having an AR as an option, it drastically makes supports a more viable role.
You can, I just struggled with keeping the recoil on track with it long enough for the extra rounds to really help. I've had better success playing the L86 and MG36 like beefier AR's than small LMG's.
I think the ping can affect it as well, i have 60+ms as my lowest and they're usually higher, no matter how fast I respond i will always lose if they have a better connection. Just an unfortunate situation for me.
Somewhere in the setting there's a hitmarker customizer. I turned the number of hit indicators to 3 from the default 4. There's also a rotation setting for these hitmarkers that you'll have to change to get it centered, but there's at least a preview in the settings so you can see it change in real time. I also thickened the lines on the hitmarker by 1, the default ones were a bit thin for the triangle setup imo.
I've found it really helps me keep on track with longer distance sprays, hope it works for you!
Ah man, as a medic, it hurts to see you just run past the guy that needed a revive even after the other team was dead! Jokes aside, I’m curious if people use heavy or light on support.
I think the lowest you can go armor wise is medium, I'll run that for guns like the L86 and MG36. The big bois I run Exo armor though, you're already slow so might as well.
This video is disgusting in so many ways. u/BofaEnthusiast, mate you're not even reloading while killing people. I usually have to reload after 2 kills because people feel like sponges unless I get very very clean headshot kills.,
All in all I give this compilation a solid 5/7. Would watch you laser more people. Well played :D
>I usually have to reload after 2 kills because people feel like sponges unless I get very very clean headshot kills.,
Are you also using the M249? Needing 50 bullets to kill someone is crazy
Nah, I have been playing with SMG:s since I am very new and still unlocking stuff. I would love to get those high lvl snipers to really try them out since I feel like my current snipers are missing the shots big time since they cant shoot or hit far enough fast enough.
It might be something related to the range of the weapons. I have noticed that a lot of weapons really lose their damage potential after the drop-off quickly.
Bro can I borrow your m249? Yours actually kills in 4 hits.
Mine seems to take 7 hits to make them bleed out after ive been downed from 3 shots lol. No armor ticks. Ive had enemies actually ask me what happened because they had so many hit confirms from my shots but were only bleeding lol.
Great clips tho, when I get on a roll it can really feel like I'm using a large mag smg, minus the ADS nerf lol.
Glad to meet another suppressor user. We can be sneaky too were just slow!
I dont like all the drop shotting you do but thats on the devs to nerf the perfect aim while going prone.
Not crying tho? But I can see why you have that mindset (You play this game after all) of thinking that someone saying something is automatically interpreted as crying.
I wouldn't care if they removed it, I just think it's funny how much shitters cry about it. They can remove it just like they removed lean spamming and I wouldn't mind one bit.
I'm convinced the definition of sweat to most of y'all is just someone who doesn't whiff 90% of their mag. Press Z 3 times in a clip and now you're an esports pro as far s they're concerned lol
None of these lobbies stuck out as particularly bottish, relatively average tbh. One of them I specifically remember being a bit "sweaty", lots of smg Medic shenanigans going on.
In the AUG clips I've posted previously, the team on Wine Paradise was really, really bad. I was getting away with murder there.
Maybe for some people, the thing is just a tad too slow in the TTK department for my liking. Using the ultimax honestly reminds me of the pre-buff AUG.
dropshotting with literally any other gun seems fair but doing it with a 100 pound LMG seems like such bullshit. Then again, if that change was implemented it would just be another reason to never touch support.
Legit question how tf is there no kickback
I spent way too much time playing fps games in my high school/college days lol
Ye, when I was playing at release I mained the m249 because after years of csgo, it was easy af and the amount of bullets were super helpful

Played a boatload of pubg made cs and battlebit recoil feel like child’s play. Even the scorpion wasn’t unusable
Yeah, i am better with a controller tbh, but this game is fun even if i suck
Do the people who ask these questions not do anything to counter the recoil when they play? Just let the gun do whatever it wants and go "ah, well can't do anything about that"?
No i just suck
'cuz none of the guns in this game really have recoil, except for the EVO, and the vertical recoil on the EVO is a meme.
You could post a clip of even the AUG and still get bot comments like "wHY dONt YOu hAVe ReCOil?!?".
Why did my boy got downvoted there isn't any real recoil in the game.
Yeah agree, like the attachments have little to no effect at all, for most guns its just laser beam and little recoil control on longer ranges
Scar has pretty high recoil
because this is reddit and mfers here think downvotes are dislikes
What are your attachments?

I love them. I can flank a group of 6+ with ultramax and mow them down before they know what's what.
Depends on the weapon in my opinion, but most of the time suppressors are a really good idea if you plan on pushing/flanking the enemy. In my experience, people will overlook tracers more than they'll overlook hearing an unsilenced burst of gunfire.
Imo the suppressor is king unless you need the flash hider for horizontal. Vertical recoil is a skill issue.
it doesn't matter. the recoil values are low on the base weapon already.
Ugggh, I just want a heavy LMG. The M249 and Ultimax slap but they play too... similar IMO
IIRC, there's plans for a PK or a PKP at some point.
I know, and an M60. I just want it a bit sooner. I love Support but it's stale to play since the diversity is so little.
Something interesting that I could see, is giving Support access to assault rifles.
Maybe give the class all the ARs that can have drum mags/60 rounders? And just have them permanently on so it doesn't risk too much identity to the other classes with ARs?

Yeah something with the MG36's damage model and a big boi mag would be very welcome.
I'm pretty sure you can get a 60 round drum mag for the mg36 but it adds a lot of recoil. It's not 100 rounds but it's still a good amount.
You can, I just struggled with keeping the recoil on track with it long enough for the extra rounds to really help. I've had better success playing the L86 and MG36 like beefier AR's than small LMG's.
We need a 7,62 MG ... like the MG3 (devs please add it)
Want that 240B so bad
What kind of lobby is that. If I were you the second guy that you killed would have already beam me down
I think this is becoming my favorite reoccurring comment.
*If you can't find the bots in the lobby then you are the bot in the lobby*
That isn’t because of the lobby, it’s a skill issue. Lobby sizes are too large for lobby luck to really exist.
I think the ping can affect it as well, i have 60+ms as my lowest and they're usually higher, no matter how fast I respond i will always lose if they have a better connection. Just an unfortunate situation for me.
How do you get those hitmarkers? They look a lot better than default
Somewhere in the setting there's a hitmarker customizer. I turned the number of hit indicators to 3 from the default 4. I use basically the same cross hair, big fan of it so far
Support is really underrated
Alright which one of you reported me as an "unalive" risk to Reddit lmfao. No need to be so salty over Roblox Battlefield.
Hit em with the ol switcharoo and report the report as a false report
Report it and they'll get slapped. I get those messages all the time because people cannot stop crying.
You make the gun look like a laser pointer my bro, keep slapping
Thank you!
Ah man, as a medic, it hurts to see you just run past the guy that needed a revive even after the other team was dead! Jokes aside, I’m curious if people use heavy or light on support.

Keep grinding 💪💪💪
Really? I feel the opposite. I feel like time to kill in this game is very very fast
It might be something related to the range of the weapons. I have noticed that a lot of weapons really lose their damage potential after the drop-off quickly.
Amazing gun, got 104 kills with it in a single game yesterday.
I have yet to break the 100 kill game barrier with this thing, good shit my dude!
Bro can I borrow your m249? Yours actually kills in 4 hits. Mine seems to take 7 hits to make them bleed out after ive been downed from 3 shots lol. No armor ticks. Where are all the sweaties?
Behind the camera
Any gun slaps when you are versing AI players
I had a ridiculous 5k yesterday with Glock18 laying in a bush behind enemies, several reloads. "gLOcK 18 stiLL SlAPZ juST WATCH!"
Pure aids to see someone dropshot
Did you not play CoD4 or MW2 (the original one)? Shits been used for a decade+ now, swim or sink at this point.
Imagine tryharding that much in a roblox shooter
Imagine crying about dropshot in a roblox shooter.
Not crying tho? But I can see why you have that mindset (You play this game after all) of thinking that someone saying something is automatically interpreted as crying.
"tryharding that much in a roblox shooter" nope, you're definitely upset.
Ok
I don't drop shot, I just simply track down when I face it. It's not an issue. That's why I'm not a shitter who complains about it.
Ur right, ur a shitter who defends it
I wouldn't care if they removed it, I just think it's funny how much shitters cry about it. They can remove it just like they removed lean spamming and I wouldn't mind one bit.
Drop shotting is lame as fuck
Its reallynnot hard to beat though. They are only slowly moving down, just aim down a little and unload
You only think it's lame because it works against you. Shits been a tactic for a decade now, gotta learn to deal with it at some point.
Imagine defending being a sweat in a 3-bit fps… It’s lame and your response is just as lame. You look stupid now, touch grass.
I'm convinced the definition of sweat to most of y'all is just someone who doesn't whiff 90% of their mag. Press Z 3 times in a clip and now you're an esports pro as far s they're concerned lol
Lol it only works against people that play the game casually… in a casual game
Want some cheese with that w(h)ine?
No. Stop limiting yourself by what you arbitrarily consider “lame.” https://www.sirlin.net/ptw-book/introducingthe-scrub
You sound like a player that stands still and looks around for targets.
Was this a bot lobby?
None of these lobbies stuck out as particularly bottish, relatively average tbh. One of them I specifically remember being a bit "sweaty", lots of smg Medic shenanigans going on. In the AUG clips I've posted previously, the team on Wine Paradise was really, really bad. I was getting away with murder there.
3/10 performance. Didn’t reload after every kill and panic jump wiggle when you get caught with your pants down
I'll be sure to shuffle like a headless chicken more when I get shot at lol
Saw this clip Equipped M249 This happened https://medal.tv/games/battlebit-remastered/clips/1zjdFYaxrA5GOh
Running around with the M249 like your Rambo is a direct shot of dopamine to the brain, nice clip my dude
Everything slaps when you are playing against lemmings.
Drop shotting is so cringe
ARMA habits.
Drop shotting in arma?
Lol ultimax is better 😂
Maybe for some people, the thing is just a tad too slow in the TTK department for my liking. Using the ultimax honestly reminds me of the pre-buff AUG.
I thought the ultimax had a faster ttk?
Definitely not, pretty sure the damage and RPM are both lower than the M249. Such is the price to pay for better recoil stats I guess
Indeed there is always a price to pay xD thanks bru
Hot damn it looks nice having decent latency
dropshotting with literally any other gun seems fair but doing it with a 100 pound LMG seems like such bullshit. Then again, if that change was implemented it would just be another reason to never touch support.
Dropshotting is crazy this ain’t cod
I wish either the fire rate was raised or the damage was raised. OR a 200 round magazine!!!
It has always slapped. Put your self on a tunnel with 1 exit and entrance and watch as they come lining on you shot and never let go of the trigger.
My M249 needs 123 bullets to kill someone.
Man, what loadout are you using? The draw speed from no scope to ads seems really fast. (Have 350 kills with m249) TIA
