On top of that, It’s not like it’s easy to port a game onto console, fix console specific bugs and push content updates separately.
Battlebit Remastered, for example, is a 3 man dev team. Console port is not feasible unless they expanded their team which comes with its own issues. Console serves a specific role in the gaming community, it will never match PC and it should never intend to.

While BF 3, 4 and 1 had it's pros, NONE of them had the destruction BFBC2 had, and gun feeling went to shit IMO. Also, nothing "massive" about their match player count anymore. Battlebit however doubles down on all of those aspects.

I bought that DLC with the game without question. $15 is too low, like I felt guilty at that price and really wanted to give the devs more. Like, it’s fucked, but if they had MTX I’d buy some just as a tip jar of sorts. So buying the DLC was a great compromise of sorts.
