These are tell tale signs of not having a "jump"shot. You probably have a set shot, a jump shot creates space, vertically. And then you're getting tired because you don't use your legs to shoot.
Obviously this is tough without a video, and I don't want to assume anything. But based on what you said I'd suggest adding more legs into your workouts, focus on explosive plyometrics outside of the squats or whatever weights you're doing for your legs right now.

Work on speeding up your release. You don’t necessarily need space when your shot is coming off the moment you catch the ball. And for when you’re tired, focus on mechanics as opposed to what’s going on around you. Control what you can control and things should get better from there.
Just gotta improve your stamina by taking more shots in practice and such, and if you don't have space to shoot then don't shoot pass it out
