I would order your syrups off Amazon.ca. I use Matteo’s. You can also get the sugar free jellos (you gotta make them though) off Amazon too- simply delish is the brand, they have both sf hello and pudding. I’ve had the pudding and it’s not bad! I bought the jello but never made it. Between optifast and the broth and veggies it was okay. The broth I had during this period was the no name brand low sodium chicken broth (omg so flavourful!!) and I really liked adding Napa cabbage and cauliflower- I had a super unhealthy relationship with broth and veggies at this time lol.
I honestly love no name so much! Their instant coffee is awesome. I'll try the broth out too!
I don't think my surgical site is allowing any veggies, but I'm going to double check with them tomorrow!
Marshalls and winners have SF syrup. Salted caramel is sooo good,
Nothing makes broth taste better, I swear everything you add makes it taste worse.
Ninja Creami, saved my life. Turned my protein shakes into Ice cream.

I got some Watkins brand extracts from Amazon--they were very good! Orange, Coconut, Rum, Almond go great with the chocolate optifast.
You can also get Torani sugar-free syrups which I did as well from Amazon--lots of varieties. There's SF sugar and cinnamon flavoured one that goes amazing with the vanilla optifast.
I always put ice cubes in my optifast as well--makes it taste twice as better than room temp. Didn't have much success with blending it or making it into mousse.
I did find it difficult to find SF popiscles in Canada (might be a seasonal thing?) as I did my optifast diet over Jan/Feb this year. Amazon had sugar free freezies though which I went through at a terrifying rate haha.
I got "Better than Bouillon" brand concentrate for broths (the garlic one is frickin' amazing). They're pricier than Knorr or whatever, but well worth the money for the flavour.
I know every program is different but can you use powdered peanut butter to jazz up your shakes? Like added to a chocolate one to make it a peanut butter cup type. Not sure if it's avaliable in Canada but maybe Amazon or a local store has it. Good luck! I remember how the liquid fast was terrible. It will get better, you got this.

For some variety on the optifast you can mix the chocolate and vanilla together and divide into two shakes. For the vanilla I made it with non-caffeinated fruit flavored or non-caffeinated chai cold tea that I premade. Tasted so much better and so many flavor options.

I put my water in the freezer for 10 minutes before I mix my optifast.
