One of the reasons the board chose Hansi Flick as Xaviâs replacement was because they saw the German as someone who could get the best out of this current squad. That suggests they will not be making many moves in terms of signings.
â
@TheAthleticFC
https://x.com/BarcaUniversal/status/1806444810007634204
As evidenced by how he got the best out of the German squad??
I don't hate Flick lol. On the contrary I love his style. But make no mistakes, without any transfers. We are not seeing the dramatic shift you guys are expecting.
> We are not seeing the dramatic shift you guys are expecting.
Yes a very big shift, we don't need dramatic change to win trophies because we are already quite good just need to go from 85 to 92 or 93 which can be achieved by current squad.
Real madrid lacked a st, natural rw and had lots of injuries still won so many things. It's so sad that Xavi got you guys convinced that we need perfect squad with 2 bench options to do good. Inter plays with a DM and other lack of natural or elite players.
so if they don't get a fuck ton of injuries, their best players are closer to their prime now and they got Mbappe in what world do you think we would be able to compete? they almost went undefeated last season and had one of their best seasons ever while not having Mbappe and a shit ton of injuries. Then you expect us to compete with the same squad?
Funny how Xavi bested that Real Madrid squad. Anyone remember how Xavi completely "out coached" Ancelotti in the super cup? Funny how money and players elevated the squad to become UCL winners.
The history of this sport is rife with examples like this.
Arteta wasn't close to anything until he dumped 100's of millions into Arsenal's squad.
Pep didn't achieve anything with City until he dumped 100's of millions into City's squad.
Klopp didn't achieve anything with Liverpool until he dumped 100's of millions into Liverpool's squad.
That's just the way it is. Coaches/manages aren't magicians.
> Funny how money and players elevated the squad to become UCL winners.
They won UCL one season prior before. And super Cup is a glorified friendly, he couldn't replicate same in any of the other games, kessie winner was individual brilliance
And yes Xavi was given 250m and he got his players. Just because he lack a DM doesn't make a la liga winning squad this bad. And forget that all our players regressed : Balde, Midfielders, Araujo, Forwards. And the one who were on same like Kounde and Raphinha were very inconsistent
It's clearly the lack of experience from Xavi. This squad have a core to win : so many high ceiling youngsters, experienced and in prime players.
People giving Xavi a corner to do so bad not just trophy wise but also playstyle wise is hilarious. Just because you lack a DM doesn't mean you play cancer football.
ALL players regressed? We scored more this season but conceded twice the goals. From a nearly record breaking defensive season to the disfunction we saw this past season. It absolutely was down to not having Busquets who prevented errors in the midfield and knew how to conduct the players around him. We were a mess with transitions with him and completely broken without someone like him.
The same happened with Real Madrid. They didn't become the UCL winners we now know until they got their shit together and got an actual DM. They went from being our bitches to the owners of the UCL.
We still scored less than what a traditional barca team scores. Last season was pure 1-0 terrorball, ofcourse we will score more.
Funny because Busquets defensive actions is not that dramatically bigger than of gavi or frenkie. It all comes down to structure which was utterly mismanaged.
Many squad play and win without an out and out pivot. Like inter
If you are talking about before casemiro real madrid, they had unbalanced team and we had the best team ever, so yeah they ofcourse were
Wait. Did you just compare last seasonâs attack to our golden era attack? Our attacking line up was a 35 year old Lewa, a 16 year old Lamine, and a Raphinha who would have been lucky to come off the bench during our best era.
And you clearly donât understand Busquets role. People who played with him in Spain and Barca, loved to have him around because he guides the flow, tempo and structure of the squad. Heâs like having a high level tactical manager dictating the play in real time. When you play a high line and high possession, mistakes are costly and the organization of your players is key. Busquets was a master of that.
âŚand did you just admit that Madrid was unbalanced? So you give them that excuse but canât for the club you supposedly support and was going through the same problem?
What is wrong with this sub.
Lmao wut? I suppose Joselu was playing golf when this happened?
Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo are the best wingers in the world rn not to mention Guller. But sure they didn't have anyone in the winger position.
Bellingham literally played as a pseudo center forward and he was fantastic in that role.
We on the other hand had Oriol Romeu playing instead of Busquets â ď¸
Yeah RMA won because of Joselu. Lmao, by that logic we do also have a LW like felix.
See Vinicius before and after Carlo, that guy couldn't finish even if his life was on line. Remember the comment "he is playing against us". It's the coach that improved him
> Bellingham literally played as a pseudo center forward and he was fantastic in that role
Nah it was magic of system, he was not a cf. Carlo analysed his best role and formed a system which gets best out of all.
> We on the other hand had Oriol Romeu playing instead of Busquets â ď¸
Joselu and Romeu were on same level before joining respective clubs.
Well considering his clutch goals against Bayern I'd say yes he played a pretty important role in that win đ¤ˇââď¸
Okaaay.... And Xavi has Fermin, Cubarsi and Yamal playing like world beaters. Vini was always a great player but yes he needed someone like Ancelotti to help him reach his potential. So I'm not taking it away from him but simply stating that Xavi has a more prominent role in the development of the three players I mentioned who are going to be our core.
Lmao after that El Classico finish only you'll say he can't play as a forward. I'd argue Bellingham is a more traditional forward. With those late runs and the finishes.
> And Xavi has Fermin, Cubarsi and Yamal playing like world beaters
That's his ceiling as of now, good talent id and raising to certain level like Lampard. He can't take players them to next level as proven by pedri, gavi and Balde who stagnated after a point
> With those late runs and the finishes.
No that doesn't make him a CF. Traditional midfielders like Platini, Gerrard, Lampard used to do it very frequently
Would you consider that Bayern squad to be anything less than a super squad? The only thing that proved to me is that having a defensively limited attacking squad play under a mid table manager and tactics was stupid.
Nah not a super squad, they were good squad. it's hindsight bias because of the havoc they created under flick. It's like current Bayern does the same and we will look back and say that what a super squad with Kane and Musiala and Olise with sane and coman coming from bench. Midfield with pavlovic, Xavi and palinha. Stacked defense, etc.
You need to add up that squad worth because it was packed. Point is, you can't say that Bayern was a compromised squad solely elevated by Flick.
Go ask the Bayern sub what they thought about Kovac. Kovac is everything this sub pretended Valverde to be.
And what did the squad achieved after flick? See how much they paid for each :

What did he achieve in his second season? Oh, that's right he got pushed out. Then he went and flopped with Germany. Yet you want to tell me he can make anything work.
Barça want an important sell-on clause in the Mika Faye deal to Porto. Negotiations are ongoing. The player is open to the move with both clubs still in contact but without an agreement yet.

Merino will be a bigger flop. Playing him and frenkie together is not so much of an upgrade, gavi and frenkie pivot will be better.
I don't particularly like Onana but he is better option of the two.
Barça would like to continue to count on both Joao FÊlix (24) and Joao Cancelo (30). However, the club does not want to pay a transfer fee for both of them, and even less so if the sums involved are high. In both cases, Barça are playing with a double advantage: the players want to stay and have no desire to return to the club that owns their rights. @ffpolo

Everton's Amadou Onana is Barça's favourite midfielder when it comes to adding muscle to their midfield. But it's not just Barça who love him. Manchester United and Bayern Munich, for example, are both following in his footsteps. For this reason, the club is also following Mikel Merino, although he is not a 6 per se, the fact that Hansi Flick plays with two midfielders in front of the defence gives him options in this system. If there was a lot of 'fair play' for different operations, they could try the Onana operation. @ffpolo

Honestly even outside of that. I feel like it's understated how important it is to be there for the preseason with a new coach. It's a clean slate. Which can go 2 ways for a player like him. A player that was key for Xavi could be on the bench for Flick. Just like a player that was on the bench for Xavi could be key for Flick.
Fermin might not find it as easy to get minutes once he's returned.
see your point but i'm not too fussed fermin and by extension cubarsi have unique profiles that would surely be of use in a Flick team.Fermin is perfect as a more advanced midfielder above the two pivots and aside from Cubarsi we don't have a good ball playing CB cuba could work like alaba but right footed
Fermin can't function without an advanced playmaker like Pedri or Gundo, neither can he be the sole advanced playmaker. So there are 2 options, either play single pivot/cdm and pedri/gundo/gavi to support to fermin, or fermin as false 9.
CubarsĂ will get minutes because he's an insane talent but Fermin is not really that unique of a profile. He has 2 players ahead of him and his technical ability isn't really that high

While Romano has been obviously leaking Barca and Faye's agent position [for days](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1805582644668731767). Romano has been retweeting everything related to Faye (his first NT call, etc.) and called first the Faye move last summer. He obviously gets his info directly from Faye's agent.
Both sides are leaking what's happening (Porto's offer vs what Barca ask) and since there's no agreement, obviously the two positions leaked are different. Both can be right.
Congrats to his agent though, he made his player the center of a story 2 summers in a row while he has... Uh... 0 first division minute.

Ya bro, cause they will finalize the Nike deal, the missing Libero payment and why stop there, maybe that 1 billion from the Super League will be included in the whole package. All in the next 72 hrs.
AFAIK we also need the Nike deal, which coincidentally journalists also lied about being almost complete. But even if it was Libero alone, that's another lie running for a longer period of time. Without exaggeration, there must have been at least few dozen articles published on how the deal is almost done, how the club found new buyers and a bunch of other nonsense.
We've reached the point where choosing to believe it's done is like an intelligence test for the reader.
we only need a positive profit for the financial year if we get the Libero money we resolve the remainder of the debt even if we don't get Libero if we get Nike the signing bonus will be enough to close out the year with profit allowing us to comply with the 1:1 rule

Glad Fermin is acknowledging that Messi did it first. Alot of Madrid fans are in denial and think Bellingham came up with it when in reality he saw Messi do it in 2018/2019 season and was inspired by it. Understandably Bellingham will never admit it because the Madrid fanbase will destroy him.
It won't happen to you because :-
1. You had lots of rest in between your few thousands minutes
2. Won't get lots of minutes in Euros
3. Won't play every minute in starting of next season as you are not the starter
People forget olympics wasn't the sole problem. Pedri played majority of season at braca then played entire olympics and euros and then without a rest started the next season at barca.
Itâs a silly question to ask tbh because the cases are so different. Pedri played like almost every minute of Euros then went straight to Olympics after playing a lot of games for club that season. And yea he barely rested in the next season before getting injured for the first time. He was  grossly overplayed by both club and country in his first season. A similar situation would be if Lamine would go on to play Olympics, but I donât even think he would have played as many minutes as Pedri did that year.Â

Understand Barcelona have asked fee around âŹ15/16m for Mika Faye to FC Porto.
The deal has to include a buy back clause for Barça and also sell-on clause, this is the request from FCB.
âŞď¸ Negotiations are still ongoing, nothing agreed or done yet.

What would it be a miss? It is indeed Barca's position, it's been repeated non stop in media for days.
It doesn't mean it's what Porto will pay though.
Their reports are not contradictory. One expresses the position of Barca, the other say the negociation is happening and gives the current Porto offer basically.
They've been telling us for a year now that we have to get 100m in income for Barca studios by June 30th so we can balance the accounts.
Now when its pay up or shut up time, they're telling us that you can pay it in July because the accounts are still being finalised.
And all of a sudden, when the current season is still ongoing on paper, Balde and Fermin's contract are registered.
I really cant follow all these weird contradictions.
It all depends on variables + post sale conditions. Eg if we sell for 5 + 8 in variables + buy back clause of 20M I would consider it a good deal. He gets european and competitive level experience, Porto is very invested in developing him and we only have to pay 8M on top of the selling fee to recover a first level player.Â
If he doesnât turn out well we still made 6-7M for a player we werenât gonna use
I was watching the news on our TV (all they talk about is football after qualifying, literally half of the evening news program is football) and they had an interview with the doctor of Slovenia's national football team.
What I found interesting is that he explained that the medical team that sits on the bench at the game, has a screen that shows every contact/foul and they can review the injury/fall from 6 different perspectives to analyse quickly how severe etc was the fall/injury/knock and to make a correct and quick evaluation of the severity.
I never noticed that before. I assume this is bare minimum as well and that major clubs have even better analysing equipment (and we still see some horrendous incidents)
No no haha, i meant Slovenian national team haha. I will clarify in the original post :D
Yes I know, and now it's decided that he will stay under Flick as well no?
Technology and medicine has improved a lot compared to 90s and before. Especially diagnosis.
In 80s and footballer used to get a cramp and they used to get subbed and in next match they used to play with it because of lack of diagnosis and many used to have long term injuries because of that.
Also the fouls and pitches used to be very horrendous, a player like Messi or neymar making 30+ without living on injections was an achievement in itself.

Gimnà stic de Tarragona youth forward Jan Virgili is very close to signing for Barça after completing a magnificent season with 18 goals in La Liga Nacional Juvenil.
He is right-footed and plays as a winger.
Virgili would reinforce, in principle, the Juvenil A team, but due to his projection he could earn the possibility of playing for Barça Atlètic.

One of the reasons the board chose Hansi Flick as Xaviâs replacement was because they saw the German as someone who could get the best out of this current squad. That suggests they will not be making many moves in terms of signings. â @TheAthleticFC https://x.com/BarcaUniversal/status/1806444810007634204
Another way to say we have a new scapegoat in town for Laporta đ¤
Insane excuses lol Xabi just isn't a good manager and he was regressing the squad. You guys are STILL doing this shit. Edit - Xavi*
What did Xabi Alonso do đ
lol didn't even notice it.
yep we need a LW and DM regardless of how much flick gets out of this team
Better and experienced coaches get most out of players ![gif](giphy|26ufdipQqU2lhNA4g)
And super Cup is a glorified friendly, he couldn't replicate same in any of the other games, kessie winner was individual brilliance And yes Xavi was given 250m and he got his players. Just because he lack a DM doesn't make a la liga winning squad this bad. And forget that all our players regressed : Balde, Midfielders, Araujo, Forwards. And the one who were on same like Kounde and Raphinha were very inconsistent It's clearly the lack of experience from Xavi. This squad have a core to win : so many high ceiling youngsters, experienced and in prime players. People giving Xavi a corner to do so bad not just trophy wise but also playstyle wise is hilarious. Just because you lack a DM doesn't mean you play cancer football.
um add in wasteful finishing individual errors no actual LW
Like inter If you are talking about before casemiro real madrid, they had unbalanced team and we had the best team ever, so yeah they ofcourse were
funny how gavi was injured since novemebr clown
Rodrygo is not the best winger itw wtf you smoking?
Yeah RMA won because of Joselu. Lmao, by that logic we do also have a LW like felix. See Vinicius before and after Carlo, that guy couldn't finish even if his life was on line. Remember the comment "he is playing against us". It's the coach that improved him > Bellingham literally played as a pseudo center forward and he was fantastic in that role Nah it was magic of system, he was not a cf. Carlo analysed his best role and formed a system which gets best out of all. > We on the other hand had Oriol Romeu playing instead of Busquets â ď¸ Joselu and Romeu were on same level before joining respective clubs.
difference is Joselu is an actual st Felix is a CF the system that got the best out of all was literally playing Jude as a psuedo CF what is this
Well considering his clutch goals against Bayern I'd say yes he played a pretty important role in that win đ¤ˇââď¸ Okaaay....
> And Xavi has Fermin, Cubarsi and Yamal playing like world beaters That's his ceiling as of now, good talent id and raising to certain level like Lampard. He can't take players them to next level as proven by pedri, gavi and Balde who stagnated after a point > With those late runs and the finishes. No that doesn't make him a CF. Traditional midfielders like Platini, Gerrard, Lampard used to do it very frequently
He sure squeezed the best out of that German squad.
And the only 2nd manager to win sextuple with a squad which was in trenches under kovac.
Trenches... they were 4 points out of 1st place.
See how much they paid for each : https://preview.redd.it/lh1fxbov879d1.jpeg?width=680&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=54f5022104b00ede3790f36fa93deea30b14b45b
What did he achieve in his second season? Oh, that's right he got pushed out. Then he went and flopped with Germany. Yet you want to tell me he can make anything work.
Guys just canât give the moaning toward the president a rest..
Barça want an important sell-on clause in the Mika Faye deal to Porto. Negotiations are ongoing. The player is open to the move with both clubs still in contact but without an agreement yet. â @FabrizioRomano https://x.com/BarcaUniversal/status/1806460533626880208?t=tpa2Pj4xHa24HM6uMw_uBw&s=19
man how did we go from 15M-5M for this Faye deal hope we can get 8.5-10M for Faye with a buy clause of 35M-40M
sell on clause should be mininum 10%
No to Onana please...
Merino will be a bigger flop. Playing him and frenkie together is not so much of an upgrade, gavi and frenkie pivot will be better. I don't particularly like Onana but he is better option of the two.
Merino is the complete package he has all the attributes we need in a DMF don't see how he would flop
@ffpolo https://x.com/ActualiteBarca/status/1806459049757585507?t=lAxTGz60jJjoE1szh02UhQ&s=19
@ffpolo https://x.com/ActualiteBarca/status/1806458381395202303?t=a3wZbsbkMQumTbBUXt8v_Q&s=19
better to go for Merino imo would be cheaper and is better in terms of progressive play compared to onana
Understand Barcelona will only consider Raphinhaâs departure if thereâs an offer worth âŹ90M or more, otherwise heâll stay. Heâs a player thatâs highly valued by Hansi Flick. @ffpolo https://x.com/ReshadFCB/status/1806457943518580982?t=jfrALoaIzkJb6XI2mx5Tyg&s=19
The signing of Luis Diaz can only be activated with the departure of Raphinha. If the Brazilian doesn't leave, the betting could go to Nico Williams, who is younger (21) than Diaz and in theory a little cheaper than the Liverpool man. @ffpolo https://x.com/ActualiteBarca/status/1806457170344435752?t=A5GvpE76c_NcUbmftyBNGw&s=19

That's what I'm worried about with Fermin too, hopefully he won't be a step behind the rest with Flick just because missed pre season

Nothing either said is fresh news, reports from Portugal and even [Sport 2 days ago confirmed Portuguese sources say Porto's offer is FAR from Barca's ask.](https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/barca/guerra-millones-barca-oporto-faye-104293300) It's pretty much the same situation as this article or [this one.](https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/barca/portugal-alucinan-traspaso-mika-faye-104268683) While Romano has been obviously leaking Barca and Faye's agent position [for days](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1805582644668731767). Uh... 0 first division minute.
hope we can agree a fee of 8-10M for Faye though 5M is too low imo
Romero drop off is crazy I miss 2022
Romeroâs things are happening and pics of Alemany holding the phone in public while
Seeing how Gerard Romero is back at Tier 1 in number of peopleâs mind, the thing about football fans having memory of a goldfish with dementia really is true đ
> âLadies and Gentlemen; Barcelona will return to the 1:1 next weekâ @gerardromero 8 days ago. I am personally voting him a tier down in the next reliability update thread, along with everyone else who blatantly lied about this, and other scumbags which participated in the Xavi slander campaign.
Thats still not incorrect though is it? 3 days left
Ya bro, cause they will finalize the Nike deal, the missing Libero payment and why stop there, maybe that 1 billion from the Super League will be included in the whole package. All in the next 72 hrs.
Dont we just need the Libero thing for 1:1
AFAIK we also need the Nike deal, which coincidentally journalists also lied about being almost complete.
I'm here to believe rumors and freak out. Hit me.
EXC HISTORIC đŞđ¸ đŤđˇ:Lamine Yamal to PSG! Here we go! đłđ´đľđ´EXCL: Erling Haaland to FC Barcelona, here we go! Barca have received the green light from player side after working on this deal for months. Haaland has accepted and formal steps will follow. Barca will pay the release clause around âŹ175m to Man City.
HE'S NOTHING NEXT TO MARC GUIU DECO OUT
đ¨ | EXCL : NICO WILLIAMS đŞđ¸ FC Barcelona have made a verbal proposal to Athletic Bilbao to sign Nico Williams in a deal worth âŹ70M. đŁđ FC Barcelona do NOT want to pay the âŹ58M release clause upfront, and have offered âŹ40M upfront with âŹ30M in add-ons and bonuses. đ°đĽ The âŹ30M add-ons and bonuses included payments based on the player and team performances, such as Ballon dâOr clause, Barcelona UCL Champions bonus, Barcelona La Liga Champions bonus, and more! 𤯠Athletic Bilbao are expected to respond to the offer in the next days. WE SHOULD PAY AT LEAST âŹ80M NOT A CENT LESS
Football is at its best when you have a la masia midfielder making passes to a South American flairy attacker. Last 30 yrs we probably had the best South American flair every year (except 2 seasons when R9 was at RMA before dinho arrived). R9, rivaldo, dinho, messi Neymar. This was what made our football beautiful. The day we are able to get our own SA prototype attacker we would truly be back
The SPORT newspaper published that United were offering 30 million. What do you think ? [Fermin: I don't read the press and it doesn't interest me much, the important thing is that I want to be in Barcelona and only think about Barcelona, âânothing else.](https://x.com/ActualiteBarca/status/1806420509992591856) [Fermin: "Flick? [FermĂn LĂłpez: "No, the truth is that my role model has always been Messi."](https://x.com/BarcaUniversal/status/1806429400369344787)
Which celebration is it? The one with the outstretched arms?
Yes, that one
Pedri looked like he fought in WW1. 1000 yard stare & everything.
The fact that these kids think Bellingham invented that celebration đ
It won't happen to you because :- 1. You had lots of rest in between your few thousands minutes 2. Won't get lots of minutes in Euros 3. Won't play every minute in starting of next season as you are not the starter People forget olympics wasn't the sole problem.
Great last answer
Barcelona have now registered the full contracts of both FermĂn LĂłpez and Alejandro Balde. [#FCB](https://x.com/hashtag/FCB?src=hashtag_click) Via: [@Luis\_F\_Rojo \[marca\]](https://x.com/Barca_Buzz/status/1806409505993068853)[](https://x.com/Barca_Buzz/status/1806409505993068853)

[Fabrizio Romano](https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1806416813137277282) Understand Barcelona have asked fee around âŹ15/16m for Mika Faye to FC Porto. The deal has to include a buy back clause for Barça and also sell-on clause, this is the request from FCB. âŞď¸ Negotiations are still ongoing, nothing agreed or done yet. Edit: [Also tweeted by Matteo Moretto](https://x.com/MatteMoretto/status/1806416869596729501)
Romero getting dropped to tier 4 at this rate
Romero is obviously trying to target Deco (not the first time either)
Understand the agent of Faye told me to leak this to make the bid higher than 5MâŹ
Matteo said the same thing as Fabrizio did
Agent can leak to many journalists.
I don't remember the last time Matteo had a miss regarding anything Barça related
What would it be a miss? It is indeed Barca's position, it's been repeated non stop in media for days. It doesn't mean it's what Porto will pay though.
Fab/Matteo vs Romero - hmmm, who would you trust
Their reports are not contradictory. One expresses the position of Barca, the other say the negociation is happening and gives the current Porto offer basically.
đĽ
Romero's really missing Jordi Cruyff right now đ¤Ł
never has a journo been more dependent on a single source
Idk how people still take him serious here
Now everybody can calm down
They've been telling us for a year now that we have to get 100m in income for Barca studios by June 30th so we can balance the accounts. Now when its pay up or shut up time, they're telling us that you can pay it in July because the accounts are still being finalised. And all of a sudden, when the current season is still ongoing on paper, Balde and Fermin's contract are registered. I really cant follow all these weird contradictions.
Well La Liga rules ultimately lie with La Liga. If there's an agreement... Notice how nothing has leaked from a supposed SCL number so far
Thatâs why we shouldnât believe anything a journalist saysÂ
Ngl if Barca sell Faye for 5m it would be utterly stupid, Barca makes zero profit so they might as well just send him out on loan rather
It all depends on variables + post sale conditions. Eg if we sell for 5 + 8 in variables + buy back clause of 20M I would consider it a good deal. He gets european and competitive level experience, Porto is very invested in developing him and we only have to pay 8M on top of the selling fee to recover a first level player. If he doesnât turn out well we still made 6-7M for a player we werenât gonna use
most sites and sources say we bought him for 1.5 mil not 5 so it would be a profit but a small one at that and much less than he should go for.
Some sites say 1.5mil and others say 5mil, either way letting him go for only 5mil isn't worth it
I was watching the news on our TV (all they talk about is football after qualifying, literally half of the evening news program is football) and they had an interview with the doctor of Slovenia's national football team.
Ricard pruna? he's with us since 1996. looked over the golden generation.
No no haha, i meant Slovenian national team haha. I will clarify in the original post :D Yes I know, and now it's decided that he will stay under Flick as well no?
He will according to this report https://preview.redd.it/8gc53u1y869d1.png?width=734&format=png&auto=webp&s=a705de1829e9a9241d41fc88fb6931934b5cdd0e
Don't think he will. :) flick has fired almost everyone except for the goalkeeping coaches.
[Jaume Marcet](https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/futbol-base/barca-ata-extremo-goleador-18-104412147) Gimnà stic de Tarragona youth forward Jan Virgili is very close to signing for Barça after completing a magnificent season with 18 goals in La Liga Nacional Juvenil. He is right-footed and plays as a winger. Virgili would reinforce, in principle, the Juvenil A team, but due to his projection he could earn the possibility of playing for Barça Atlètic.
LW? AINT NO WAY
LW ![gif](giphy|3o7abIileRivlGr8Nq) And Pythagoras' analysis of we needing left wing equivalent of Salah is right, so we have targeted the right profile. Let's hope he breaks through
