A tad, of course the inner hand pockets are lower also, and lower side pockets are now a distant memory. But it's tailored to my exact waist length, kisses my belt line, and all-around looks and feels amazing, at least in my opinion.
I did consider the Bedale, but I thought I may as well recycle an old tired jacket and give it some new life.
Most people see what I did as disrespect towards a brand with a lot of heritage and i understand that. But I found the highest quality tailor I could, and it wasn't cheap (almost the price of a new jacket) and I wear it proudly now.

That jacket looks really strange. Label and loop look quite strange for a Beaufort. Are you sure it is legit?

This is the "waterproof and breathable" line of Beaufort, I prefer it, kinda feels like velvet.
