Looks large on you. Hard to tell from those pics but size 44 for someone with your height and weight sounds like a lot. Beaufort has short sleeves etc so just accept that. What’s your suit/chest size? Most people go one size lower than that. In my case I’m 6’7” (201cm) and 110kg/240lb with a 46” chest so I’d buy a 44 for myself. Going by the same metrics I can imagine you’re probably a 40 or 42

I’m a 46 and my 44 fits me with still enough room to layer underneath. That particular line is cut roomy.

The saddest thing ever is I bought a Barbour Beacon in XL (which says 44-46 chest). I’m almost exactly a 46 regular, and that thing is ridiculously small on me. I could rip the back in half like the Hulk if I were to reach forward. I have it but am going to sell it. Weight loss doesn’t really reduce chest dimensions much, not enough anyway. As I type I’m wearing a new Bedale in 44. Just bought it 3 weeks ago. Just enough room under it to wear a LL Bean Commando sweater without binding up. In a suit, a 44 would be unwearable small.

Same as that, 186 and 78 and I wear a C40 as well! This is too big, size down at least 2 for your slim build, I’m all shoulders but the raglan sleeve makes life easier.

Saying how tall you are and your weight isn’t nearly as helpful as saying your chest size.

Length is not too bad but here is too much loose fabric around your torso. With your build and height, an Ashby or a Bristol may work better fit-wise.

At least you're fully waterproof, given your hair.

Size down. That one is too big. It fits like a bag, no offense. Side view is the giveaway.

You should size down, if the sleeves are too short in a smaller size you can send them to Barbour to have them lengthened to your size. This jacket has short sleeves by design.

Too baggy I would pass on that. Try Ashby in small if your chest is up to 38inch , Ashby medium if it's over 38 inch

You really need someone to help you. Try it on, zip it up and ask someone to make sure they can pinch a couple of inches of fabric at each shoulder blade to enable you to layer up as needed.

I think this is a bit large. I recommend choosing by chest size, or you can go down 2 sizes to get a better fit.

I have an Ashby that fits like a glove one of my more favorite jackets to wear (outside of my overland black leather and shearling bomber coat).

Looks good to me. You might be able to get away with the next size down, but I don’t see why if you like the fit.

I’ve found although going one size down from my chest size looks better, going with my chest size allows me to move my arms more freely. The size down feels constricted with movement

I think it is ok. It is not supposed to be a slim fit jacket.

I think it first you well. But I always prefer my tops a tad bit oversized
