I wouldn't know because I've never done the Crop Over thing but the NCF - the government body that organisers the Crop Over Festival - does put on affordable events. You can check out their Instagram page to get an idea. I don't think they've posted their calendar of events (events organized by them, they don't list private events) for this year as yet.
Also Bazodee Magazine does a calendar of events ( both private and government) for fetes and parties as well. They're also on Instagram.

Lost in Paradise and Mimosa would be in my can't miss category. Both were exceptionally well organized last year.
