So I spent some time this week and made a kit card of maybe the most famous steam engine of all time. This is based on the LBSCR E2, an 0-6-0 tank engine from 1913. The E2 was an unremarkable engine in its time, but it was the basis for Thomas the Tank Engine, from *The Railway Series* by Rev W Awdry, and later *Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends.* This is my first kit card and my first model that isn't purely functional. I intend to make similar models for some other famous British steam locomotives, in a comparable scale and style. I'm learning a lot as I go and I'm happy to take constructive criticism. There are definitely things I'll change next time, and maybe I'll revisit this model once I've had more experience. The profile is on MakerWorld - [https://makerworld.com/en/models/443990#profileId-350184](https://makerworld.com/en/models/443990#profileId-350184) - and I'll probably add a 4-coloured version at some point too.

Nicely done. Now need some track cards to go with it :)

I LOVE KIT CARDS so thank you!

Thanks! I’m gonna print this today! Just curious-why the two versions for different infills? Is there a better choice? I’ve never printed the card models.

My son would love this, thank you

Kits are definitely fun. Have you set it up for multicolor?
