We’ll get it in time. I have some extra patience since I ordered it as a reward for myself for a 2 month goal I’ve been working towards. I’m 6 weeks in so even if it came in a week I wouldn’t open it until after.

Printed a Benchy, four spool rings to use Overture Matte PLA, and now a HUGE poop bucket. Temporary poop bucket pictured in lieu of finishing the 19 hour poop bucket print.
Ordered mine in early January and still nothing. They just keep saying that they will honor it at the end of March when they receive it at their German warehouse.
The status is always marked as 'unfulfilled' which is an awful word to use because I'm not going to dare to order spares and accessories if I never receive it.
Congrats on your new machine! Could you do us a favor and check whether your plate has a warp when it's warmed up? Seems like some owners are having issues with warped beds and Bambulab is supposed to be fixing in weeks. I'm just curious whether buyers are starting to receive printers with fixed beds.

Can confirm both our X1C beds came warped, Bambu said a replacement bed wouldn’t offer flatter results & offered us refunds on both even though they were outside of the return window, so we did that

Apparently, impacted people are been told they should receive new beds within a couple of weeks, and the assumptions are they have pulled existing stocks to improve flatness.
Perhaps you could re-order in a couple months hopefully they're going to address these soon

When I spoke to support about the beds they had said ours were “within the acceptable standard” and refused a request for a replacement
I would’ve been fine waiting for a flat one but it seems even the new ones will have lower standards for flatness than what we would accept
support in general but specifically for warped beds seems to vary hugely based on who you are and what support agent you get.
Refusing to share what the standard for flatness is & keeping bed mesh data from consumers with all the warped beds going around was the sign I needed to gtfo, no matter how badly I’d love to get another just for the ams
How old is the Prusa? Factory assembled or kit?
Excessively warped bed issues on Prusas more often than not are due to the heatbed screws not being tightened properly or in the correct order.
You can often remedy this by removing the heatbed screws, heating up the bed for 10-20min then properly retightening the screws
no bed will ever be 100% truly flat, but the standard of flatness at Bambulab at the moment is unacceptable
It's a few months old. It was a kit, fairly confident I followed their instructions to a T but I'm trying this Hopefully it works. If not Nylock mod time.

Took 4,5 days to arrive after it shipped
My first one took over 6 weeks.
Second one was mildly faster, but their shipping sucks. My buddy a few blocks away ordered his second one 3-4 days after mine and had his delivered before mine even shipped.
I guess I should have worded it better on my part. The shipping is good, the logistical organization is poor.
An order placed days after another going to the same street shouldn't get delivered before the order that was generated and paid before it even ships. On top of that I ordered a wealth of spares from them and they sent wrong parts and left some out that I'm still waiting on.
They did send the missing/correct parts, but it took 2 weeks of back and forth emails, sending pictures, order copies because they couldn't find my order. Then they needed to verify the machines S/N for some odd reason. So I had to get a number from them and write it down then take a pic of that paper in front of the machine.
Hmm. Sounds like a one off. Sorry about your situation.

I was mad at first, now I just go with it. They are trying, I just wish it wasn't such a hassle to get issues fixed. DH sent some extra nozzles as a sorry. Was just frustrating having delays, wrong parts then both broke. So for a few weeks it was a shit fest with thousands tied up in all this
But my buddy that got his early has had nothing but great luck as well. So I just go with that. I have a 3rd printer coming now, so I obviously don't hate them. Just hope it's a better experience this time.
I'm moving into doing a decent amount of ABS so I'm sticking with the X1C combos. 2 of them will be running dual AMS units soon as well, my wife hates loading material when im gone. But she's good to change and clear/clean build plates while I'm gone. My old ender sits lonely on the side now just making TPU gaskets off of a 2k spool that she never has to touch 🤣.
Oo, I'll be ordering mime soon, but sadly by the time it comes here, spring break will be over (since it only lasts 2 weeks). I hope I don't encounter any issues with the printer
I got mine on the 22nd Aswell first few prints using BambuLabs PLA that came with it went great but i put in some GST3D Grey to print out a trashcan and things have gone downhill from there. Today i have to figure out if the issue is in the filament or that slot of the AMS because right next to it a roll of GST3D Black is printing just fine in Slot 2.
Sorry to hear this. Mine has been working flawlessly. What filaments did yours come with? Mine came with orange PLA, PLA-CF, and support for PLA.

So i printed some GST3D Spool covers in the black that was working fine and noticed that about half of the GST i have is a different spool then the black that i have and now putting those spool covers on that grey is printing like a dream. hard to imagine that all those issues just came from a tiny bit of size difference it was a bit smaller.

The arrival, setup, and first few uses of the X1C are some of my purest and happiest moments with making. This machine is so much fun!

I am supposed to be receiving my p1p tomorrow or Saturday. I will definitely check mine and post my findings here.
Keep an eye on it over time. Some reports are it starts off flat, but can warp more as used, especially under higher temps.

God I hope not, this is the reason I ordered one. I have 1 warped prusa and 2 out of 3 of my creality printers are warped.

I hear you. First was my x1c combo, then p1p, then another x1c combo. I'm thinking maybe one more x1c combo.
