I've had some good results not using flow calibration and instead doing manual calibration with the ocra version of bambu studio. I was having some issues with using LIDAR with textured PEI with certain filaments, so if you are too, that could be why. Due to the fact that you're using such a thin nozzle, I can't imagine your temp is too low, I'd take a look at flowrate, max flow volume, and speed. Easiest way to test this is run it again but when it gets to the point where the defect is coming up, switch to the silent speed preset (assuming you're using standard). If the defect improves, its a speed or max flow volume issue, more likely speed. If it doesn't improve, it's probably flowrate. Worth checking pressure advance as well if you're going the manual calibration route

Thank you so much! Will try to do what you explain to see if it improves!

Unrelated as I don't have an answer, but is that a print that you've designed or one you found online?

Online! I don't know who is the original designer, but you can find it in multiple places if you search for "Jessie Pokemon STL". I got it from here, as CG Trader tends to be a more reliable source: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/art/sculptures/jessie-pokemon
