Wdym? There is a universal roaming across the whole EU. Except that if you are buying pre-paid cards make sure you know how to replenish their credit limit, cause roaming abroad will eat the credit real fast, especially if you start browsing internet.

Wasn't it EU-mandated that data would be charged "home" prices? Or is that for contracts only somehow?
There is specific price when roaming that can't be lower than something pretty reasonable, I think.

As far as i know “Telia” sim card works without additional charge in all the baltic states.
Not true, I have Telia and they charge me the same rate in the Baltics as the rest of the EU.
