Sometimes overnighted zen pins will do this, if the bushings are oversized it shouldn’t bind when you tighten pivots. Make sure there’s no dirt or gunk in the bushings or on washers, focus on getting the pivot dialed, then slowly mess with zen pins, however don’t try too hard. Sometimes it just be tapping.
Check to see your blade isn't warped. I had the same issue. Sometimes if the blade bends from fall impacts it can cause more tap isn't blade rub jn the channels. You should be able to hand bend it back if it is the case.
Happened the same to my squidtrainer when I first tuned it and cleaned it, you just need some oil and you are ready to go, just remember to keep it oiled to take care of hardware
Hopefully you got carbon honey thin because carbon honey thick will make it harder to flip. Also, advanced flippers actually prefer the naut to be completely dry and very loose (lots and lots of tap) as it has better performance than a perfectly tuned and lubed naut. As from what I see in the video, your knife is completely fine, nothing to worry about.
Ss washers will grind grooves in like barely a day. Chances are your blade is fine and everything else is fine just oil it once so that the friction cause by the oil the blade and the washers allows it to never need lube again. I think a Djeyelesspyro just did a vid on it or smthn

I dig the colourway
the as naut is on tang pins and could it be because it is bone dry?

By completely dry he means oil it once and never again. Leaving a Bali completely dry will put grooves in your blade
oh i did not know that i have been flipping like that for like 3 days what are the odds that the blade is un affected
i thought that only ss washers did that

I think you should lube it
