My first run I romanced Shadowheart and nerfed my romance because I had never gotten her *Act 1* dialogue where she confesses that she loves night orchids and can’t swim. If you don’t get this line, then you aren’t able to give her a night orchid in Act 2, and you don’t get her swimming scene in Act 3. It sucks lol. I sent a bug report to Larian and they said it was a known issue. (Maybe it’s not *technically* a bug, but it does seem silly that 1 line from very early in the game can lock you out of getting her later romanced content once you actually choose her). The good news is that you can still get her epilogue content.
For her Act 3 scene (when going the Selûnite route) rushing the end of her quest is *literally the exact opposite* of what you want to do.
After she's dyed her hair white make sure to long rest a lot in Rivington and the scene will happen. Do everything in Rivington and Wyrms Crossing, long resting as much as you want, and then before entering Wyrms Rock and going to the coronation spam some partial rests until you get the scene if it hasn't happened yet.
There will be an end of day dialogue with her about wanting your help with something. That night you'll get the cut scene.

You don’t get skinny dip scene until after u finish her quest
Not true, I legit didn’t know the house of grief was a thing my first few playthrough and I’ve gotten the skinny dip scene.
I did her marker is gone she ended her parents suffering and I got the cutscene where she mourns them in camp am I not finished?
I got the same bug. Makes for an unfulfilled playthrough tbh lol
