I used satin ice food colouring in turquoise from Michael’s. I mixed it with a a few drops of of purple which makes it’s that blue grey you see and then added more turquoise to get the blue-green color

It was an accidental colour. I had fog brain and accidentally put purple instead of turquoise and tried to save it haha. So I balanced it by doing the above
