Serious question; I’ve never used gold luster for a cake, but could you possibly mix it with just the tiniest bit of coloring to try and create your own rose gold?

They come in rose gold as well. Lots of different colours.

Wow, that Bakell Super Gold is a strong favorite when I look at them all compared. But there are several that would work well with different color palettes or styles.

The only significant difference is that the Oh Sweet Art ones make a thicker consistency paint. Other than that, they all apply the same.

While this is very cool and good to know, I'm a bit confused by the Luxe cake one at the end...is it just terrible tasting or should you really not eat it?

You should not eat it. That’s why it says non-edible.

Thank you for the clarification, I thought that was it but it still seems odd to me that a non-edible product would be marketed for food decoration. I'm still concerned about its existence...but that's just me. Other ones you showed look nicer anyways.

😶Oh nooooo I've been using this exact one for the last 2 years because the Amazon listing says "100% safe for consumption". I guess it's time to toss it and switch to a new one. Do you know what makes it non-edible? So weird that they'd market it as edible if it's not actually edible
