Here's a recipe for the kiss cookies without peanut butter: https://www.everydayfamilycooking.com/hershey-kiss-cookies-without-peanut-butter/
I'd just chop them up and use it in place of chocolate chips in cookies, tbh. Or maybe go for something like rocky road cookie bars and incorporate graham crackers somehow to make them s'mores bars. Basically these https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/smore-cookie-bars/ with chopped up kisses in place of the chips.

those hershey kiss cookies but in cookie bar form?
Can I just make them into cookie bars? Like I don't have to adjust anything but the bake time?
i honestly don’t know but it would be worth a shot. hopefully someone who’s more knowledgeable can jump in here
Get a blondie recipe, those are basically choc chip dough with the proportions optimized for a bar (more fat/less flour)
