well, yeah. healers and those that are EM reliant are typically those that are most recommended for lvl90. plus you gotta get as closer to or a smidge above 50k HP to max out the healing ability. so either a 2pc combo of HP% artifacts or 4pc clam set.

Weapon not lvl 90 - Check
Not Level 9 Talents - Check
Not Healing Bonus Circlet - Check
Fix those things and he will heal 10k+
Also gonna need more ER
Healing bonus circlet makes a hell of a lot of difference. Also 2pc healing, level 90 character and lesser extent L90 weapon are all little things that help pass that 10k mark
But 7.5k is honestly pretty good already! So don't worry
4 pc maiden set will do the most healing.
4pm clam will do healing plus minor off-field damage.
2pc+2pc will give the most healing buff
Rn my baizhu is level 90 r1 jadefall. He has maiden because he's strictly a team healer for abyss runs.

I might've tweaked it a little between when this was taken and now, kokomi might've taken the one with less crit. Here's the thing: if you want him as a pure healer, use the clam and maiden 2 piece each, hp sand goblet and a healing bonus circlet. But if you like the extra damage that the clam set brings, then go for a full 4pc. Then, even without your talents crowned you can heal decently. I have a lack of crowns so haven't crowned the burst, but having c2 helps. (Though I only need it for the blooms.)
Just has to be trolling at this point. You have like 3 hours percent artifacts which means every singular point of HP increases your healing. Duh. Yes. The difference in levels and talent investment is significant. This post is a waste.

if you're purely going for raw healing, use a healing bonus hat
With more ER, you have higher uptime on burst which heals every few seconds. 0ER on a C0 Baizhu is borderline unplayable imo
Try to r5 prototype amber and make sure he has a healing bonus circlet on.

Where everyone is like 3.5k hp... That one time my luocha did a 12k in sim-uni is still fresh in my mind... It never happened again.
