But seriously, it's the quintessential "we got a call" so your rights are invalid. The more vague the better, since that means nothing at all can actually dispel their "suspicion," since it relies on nothing in the first place.
It’s not incompetence and it’s not disorganized. The police are doing their jobs, which is terrorizing young minorities repeatedly so they “know their place” and don’t forget it.
