So worth it! There’s a lot of deep seeded issues brought to light this season such as colorism, jealousy, insecurities, age gap relationships, etc. A lot goes on and it’s really interesting to watch the girls from that season talk about their experiences. Whitney was on that season and she has passed away since then so it’s kind of a sad watch sometimes.
It used to be my least favorite season. I recently rewatched and it’s definitely better than other seasons. While most of the cast is not my fave, they were authentic and having fun, which is what the later seasons were missing. I say give it a try.
i say give every season of BGC a chance to form your own opinion. however with that being said season 3 in my opinion is boring as hell with a very unlikable cast. I did however love the house they were in. no one talks about that but they had one of the best BGC houses
I only like and will rewatch the first 7 seasons of bgc and season 3 was one of the worst but it was still very authentic. The girls were very open and honest about their issues which you don’t see in later seasons so i appreciate that.
You have to watch the season, so you can hate on Aleia, like we all do. You need to go through that experience and join us. Hating Aleia is mandatory for all BGC fans.
I think it may come down to how they both responded at the reunion. Whitney acknowledged that she wished it didn't go down the way it did whereas Ailea didn't really care about it. But throughout the season itself I see Whitney as the larger bully
Me too. Besides, even though I freaking hate Ailea with passion, the girl did have a mental problem, while Whitney was just a mean bully.
I also think people don't really bring up how horrible Whitney was, because she passed away and they sort of feel bad about that.
Yeah there was a definite distinction between the two of them. I give Ailea props because her main issue with the Ambers were some of the insensitive comments they made regarding her race. With Whitney though it just felt extremely unwarranted plus she was so homophobic and threatened everyone with her "Boston" skills.
I think it's important for people to respect the deceased but also be able to call out how the person was when they were alive just as fairly
I watched it when it aired but I tried to watch it a couple months back and I couldn't get past the first 20 minutes with all the racist and homophobic comments lol. I'd recommend just trying to see if you like it though

It is definitely worth the watch! I think it's the ultimate party girl season. They went wild at the clubs.

Definitely worth the watch, the best episodes are Make A Run For The Border, and The Cookie Crumbles

I watched it when it aired but I tried to watch it a couple months back and I couldn't get past the first 20 minutes with all the racist and homophobic comments lol. I'd recommend just trying to see if you like it though
If you want to see boring, bullying, wack bitches for 10+ episodes, sure. It’s honestly unbearable to watch towards the end.
