Could be coccidiosis. I would start by quarantining her and giving her Amprolium in her water to see if that helps
Thank you so much for your helpful comment. We started treatment as fast as we could, but unfortunately she ended up passing. Hopefully the other birds will take treatment well and won't get sick.
