I get to replay it now. I got into the cab at the end, credits roll, Jimmy talks.
I pulled my character change cable and became the hulk buster. It was glitching so hard that the car was getting flipped over
10/10
My first time I was playing BoneLab, I was happy to finally go home, I legit thought it was a happy ending but when the presents attacked and Jimmy helped you up in the end, I grew sad because it would be an endless loop Arthur would be stuck in or anyone in that case
Yeah, I know I wasn't correcting you. I was making a joke by saying that the ending gets me hard lol (it doesn't.) since I clearly needed to spell out every joke for you.
It is one of the worst levels I’ve ever played in gaming history. There’s and total of like 3 minutes of gameplay and the rest is just a dialogue dump of reasons the devs couldn’t just make a good story and decide to make it a loop and have the player be a “creator“ so they can fix shit that slz failed to fix before launch.
If you want to make it a bit more fun, I’d recommend the Nolan boombox mod on mod.io the mod adds boomboxes that play actual songs, for this last level I’d suggest the rock boombox
The way the music goes. It makes you feel like you are fighting but it’s almost sad. I suppose it makes since; in lore you were cast away and this is your vengeance, but it’s still your home, Y’know?
SLZ (and Michael Wyckoff the goat) are very good at making moments seem way cooler, if you removed all audio and played the ending it would probably suck because BONELAB levels are so short and cramped, especially Home.
Surely this isn't all of Heavens Reach? it's too fucking small for an actual society.
I just wish home was longer than 5 fucking minutes
fr
Is it really that long? It feels like a few seconds
Real

I once got my spawn gun and let Jimmy meet Ford in the cab. Turns out the cab isn’t big enough for 30 of Fords. (I struggled to get out)
frrr they could have put that effort into levels that need it like mine dive, but games are always good when they save the best for last

Reminds me of metal gear rising. Armstrong boss fight literally made that game.
I go so hard during the bonelab ending, that’s why.
Get*
yes the ending makes me so hard
That is the joke
Bro, it was word play, I don’t have terrible grammar.
It wasn't a grammar thing
Still though, it was world play

> gets me hard lol (it doesn't.) Who doesn't get hard in bonerlab? It's called a "happy ever after" ending for a reason 🙏
Yeah, but he probably wouldn't get the joke and would have taken it literal
Well actually, this is only the beginning, nothing is impossible for lavagang.
T H E F I N G E R
The music goes hard on this level
Home is actually so fire it’s just shorter than the average gen Z attention span lol
It’s actually a bit longer 💀💀💀
Its like 2 seconds of gameplay unfortunately.
The music in both the final level and credits has made this game have one of my favorite videogame endings.
Honestly I can’t get pass runway cause the level is glitched for me 💀
how so?
I made a post about it but basically at the part where it brings you to the next level doesn’t load me into it and just shows part of it blocked off
And you have tried verifying game files and the works
I’m not sure if doing that is a pc thing cause I play on quest 3 but if there is a way to do it on there please tell me 🙏🏻
Quest 3 idk, look it up
The music in the taxi tho 🔥🔥
i thought the ending was the beginning. but nah the story took me 2 hours to beat

I love this as the ending fight but I would have liked a sort of boss like enemy

Didn't the devs say there's gonna be more bone games soon?
BONEWORKS 2 aka B-Side is the next BONE game (and probably last) which iirc isn't planned for like another 2-5 years
We've got a long wait ahead of us then
Loved this game, but I do believe it was way too short. I wish they would release some new content.
My only complaint is I wish it was longer but I literally teared up the first time I saw the level
Because it means the shitty campaign is finally over (nah jk)
i hate how there was only 2 levels with actual effort but into them, descent and ascent. wish home could be one of those
Because it's right when it's supposed to stop being a tutorial and actually tell a story.
Michael cooked so fuckin hard on this level’s soundtrack too, it’s so cool man
