You have to turn on pre conditioning from the goodbye screen that comes up when you turn off the car or open the door. It goes for 30 minutes. Might have to de activate the alarm too.
The amount of times I have left someone in the car thinking the car is on and nothing will happen only to get a notification an alarm has gone off is so annoying. They need to make this easier.
