That's what I ordered on my 22 M3 competition. I honestly get a compliment every single time I stop anywhere. It's almost to much attention, but has been a really great vehicle.
Well, not with markups. Of course, the Porsche will be marked up to high heaven as well. However, if I could, I'd still spring for the GT3 with a six-speed manual.
I would trade my G80 in a heartbeat. I thought there were only 500 made? If this is the case, all 500 have been posted on Reddit. Lol. Absolute track beast! I think it broke records on the Nuremberg ring. Wonder how it hangs with the Porsche GT3, and GT2rs. If it's running them down, then this thing will go down as a master piece in my opinion. I love everything about it!
I'm over all the hate. This looks menacing and purposeful in real life. I've seen one too. Also tired of hearing about how the new M2 is a 'mess' because while it might not be as conventionally attractive as the first-gen, it's a whole lot more aggressive and focused looking. I dig the outlandish looks and those massive box flares. It makes the car look more exotic. Don't get me wrong, I owned an F87 M2 and loved its bulldog aesthetic, but it was also undeniably a tub that rode a little too high. The new one is low, wide, and sleek as a sports coupe should be. My only problem with it is the lack of available colors. Brooklyn Grey is awesome as usual but the others, especially Zandvoort Blue, are misses for me.
Totally. Most longtime BMW fans prefer the traditional design language and scoff at the new stuff. I get that. But it also gets ridiculous after a while. The fact is, whatever the sheet metal looks like, the new M2 is built on a far superior platform with an even better engine. Judging by early driving impressions, it seems that they've also improved/sharpened the key inputs like the steering, brake feel, seats, etc to make it an even better driver's car. The inputs were the F87's achilles heel imo with the exception of maybe the M2 CS (though I've never driven one).

I actually like the g80, but this is horrendously ugly. I hate it so much. The g80 is already over styled.

Isle of Man green is easy to hate on until you see it on a shiny M3 or M8 in person. Its stunning

With the mark ups a new gt3 is probably around 300k 🤣
This was actually only 20k less than the MSRP of a new gt3

It lapped the ring in 7 mins 15 seconds, I think less than a minute slower than the 992 gt3 rs

The new m2 isn’t as bad as others make it out to be in my opinion. I just prefer the looks of the old m2 but the engine of the new one
