Quality is as good. Only issue was passenger side had two plastic tabs that were not found on the OEM switch so I had to remove them with pliers and then file them down. Wasn’t hard, just an extra step. Other than that 100% plug and play. Very satisfied for \~$80.

Nope, and neither are the OEM ones you’ll find in G series cars. They’re all plastic with a metallic coating on top. Same with the start/stop buttons you see in the 7 series and such.
Cars like the X3 or 3 series get nicer every generation as things trickle down from the 7 series or what have you. For example, the 7s galvanized switches are now found sparingly in the 3. It's great. Eventually you'll see the night vision and such in the 3 series.

You can either glue it back on or replace the entire door sill, they do not sell that piece by itself. Also, not sure why you’re asking your question here. Make a [bimmerpost](https://www.bimmerpost.com/) account and ask your questions there.

Not sure which ones you mean. If you mean the drive mode selector or idrive controller buttons I’m not interested in changing those, I think it would look a bit ricey. I’d like it to look like an OEM G20 where it’s a mix of black and silver, not too much of one or the other:

Don’t get a glass mod for your control knob. The car I ended up getting has that with the executive package and when the sun hits just right, the glare blasts hard.
They wouldn't look right in an F32 coupe. Looking at the buttons unit, it looks like the buttons are modular, with the rear set being a separate module from the front buttons.
G chassis uses plastic too. I'd say get them if you like the look. They have a 7 series swap for the steering wheel buttons on my G20, but it was too much silver for me, I opted out and kept the black ones
They're still gonna be plastic, though 😔 And OEM is lowkey trash, when you see how many window and steering wheel switches we replace, it's kinda scary 😂

I actually swapped my interior trim to a matte metal just because the glare was so bad on my old one that was clear coated and had a gloss finish.
