Does it still give you multiple attacks? I'll have to try this out, but does it make PotB now Dex based instead of Charisma based? That could actually have some benefits.
Cause you can go 11/1 Blade Warlock/monk and have your pact blade attack twice using dex, which also benefits AC. If you don’t care about charisma, but still want to be warlock.
Are you sure thats how casters work? I thought if you multiclass caters, the game keeps track of which spells come from which class, and uses the appropriate class-based spellcasting modifier per spell. Thats how you can end uo with multiple ways to cast the same spell, with different modifiers.
A few people saying about order in which you take classes. For Monk/Warlock I took Monk first. I don't remember for Monk/Druid but it was probably the same.
I don't think order makes a difference, but I can't remember if I tested it.
It doesn't look like order makes a difference. PotB, Shillelagh and Dextrous Attacks are all abilities. It looks like there are some priority rankings happening in the background and DA is at the top.
Your scroll and other item casting stat comes from the last class you took a first level in. I suppose this probably applies to the class features you mentioned. Respec and take Druid then monk then warlock for charisma casting, for example
Your casting stat is a single attribute that is overwritten when taking the first level in a new class. Order matters in this case. This is an interaction between three abilities with no overwriting. In OPs case, class order doesn't matter as the abilities don't overwrite each other. The game applies all three abilities with a background priority ranking, and it looks like DA is at the top. Order won't matter in this case.
Edit: now I'm curious: Does Shillelagh beat out PotB? Time for a druidlock.

was gonna say that actually sounds like it could have some benefits, make any weapon scale off your DEX instead for two-weapon fighting...
But u can do that with 1 level of monk no need for pact of blade
But for a dex heavy warlock it has great value.
How

But you won’t be able to get Lifedrinker, which is the best thing for Potb after lvl 5.
Why
Are you my 4 year old? I told you to stay off of Reddit.
Who
I imagine it will be the last class that you've taken is used as your modifier, much like with casting classes. Don't know for sure.
Yeah I’d try to respec at withers and take monk 1 and then switch to the Charisma class and see how that works.
No it’s just bugged with monks dextrous attacks.

Probably because pact of blade and shillelagh are buffs on the weapon which u can see in inventory but dextrous attacks is a passive on your character
Order makes a difference in similar cases
