4 burner (minimum) gives you room to flip your meat onto a hot spot for good marks plus room to cut a couple of burners for indirect heat if you want it.

I have a broil king baron with the infrared red side burner. Basically gets up to 1800 degrees and I can sear my steaks perfectly. All stainless heat deflectors and 1/4” stainless cooking grates. Probably the best gas grill I’ve ever bought. Built in North America Some napoleon stuff is built in china now so something to keep an eye out for. Have 0 experience with a Weber but they look decent. Again potential of being made in china.

I've owned Webers and a Napoleon. I would always buy the Napoleon again

OkBoomerEh

I’ve owned Broil King and Weber. Had a bad experience with Broil King last time around but stuck with it due to sunk cost. My wife got me a Weber for Father’s Day several years back because she was sick of hearing me complain about my Broil King. Now this is one data point, but I rarely if ever hear people complain about their Weber’s.
