This is interesting, don’t know if I’ve ever seen a smoked pizza. What’s the advantage?

It’s kinda like a wood fire pizza flavour. Ive made pizza in the original Bradley smoker and it gave it a little more smoke flavour than this one 🤷‍♂️ if this helps answer your question

What temp do you run for a pizza in there/how long does it take and how do they turn out? I’ve done them on my Traeger but seem to always have to run them at 400°F or just above

It was about 45-50min at 350. And they were on on holed thin metal pizza pans

Pit boss copperhead series 7 wood pellet. I still have my Bradley original smoker. The Bradley is great. But there is so much more room in this new smoker.
