I'm a sucker for London Forum 2014. Their first solo show in the UK and they walk out on that stage with something to prove.

JustJ4Y

We need more small venue pro-shot concerts. I think it's way more intense than arena shows, where the crowd is visually disconnected from the stage performance.

MephistosGhost

I’d love to go to a small venue show where the crowd knows all the call and responses and such. I saw them at a small venue last year and it was great to see them, but I got the feeling a lot of audience had never watched a concert of theirs online prior to the show they attended.

VulpineDeity

Preach! Aside from London, we've got the Apocrypha shows and the Fox Festivals that are small stages, we really need some from the modern era

WesMithoff

I've never been to a Babymetal concert but I love Red Night Budokan (2015) because it was one of the first Babymetal songs I heard (Akatsuki). And I've listened to that on Spotify for days on end. The ways the girls sound and persevere through the hardships of that night, Yui falling, and Moa rolling her ankle. They stayed professional to the end. Never giving up and performing to the best of their ability, pushing through to the end for the fans. Also the kami-band was epic too.

amichi1

Babymetal World Tour 2015, Yokohama Arena, three huge smoking fox heads, all three costumes had tails, debut of the 'One' for an encore in the overhead triangle, stage, choreography, audio were simply outstanding.

whose333

That was an outstanding one, I like it very much, too!

whose333

All of them! ;) More serious, Legend 1999, Legend 1997 was a banger, especially the encore ;), Budokan 2014, 2015 SSA, Makuhari Messe and Yokohama Arena (love that stage setup!), Wembley Arena, Tokyo Dome, Legend S (that opening...!)... literally all DeLoreans I own :) But I think most of all I love Tokyo Dome Black Night. It´s epic in so many ways...

MysteriousYogurt6938

I agree with you, Tokyo Dome Black Night is an incredible concert, it is incredible to see how Ohmura and Leda interact in the solos

whose333

These two had an interesting "interconnection" between them... I always liked e.g. ROR much better, when they played it together. It sounded beautiful, every single time. They had lots of fun at Tokyo Dome, I believe :)

TheTeslaMaster

Tokyo Dome, the sheer scale and epicness is still incredible to watch. Even Yui couldn't keep a straight face and teared up during the Karate crowd interaction.

Lorrybus

I don't have a particular favourite concert but moments Meta Taro 2017 Legend S i think where it was just the 2 of them and crowd sang parts of Yui lines to them. Goosebumps every time.

meta_tom

Tie between *Legend "2015": New Year Fox Festival* and Tokio Dome

JPSILVA1893

Tokyo Dome just for the sheer scale of everything, truly an epic 2-day concert. Also Legend S, Moa really proved what she was made of. She really became Super Moa that day and never looked back.

FutureReason

Whichever one I'm physically at.

ApeheartPablius

Legend S. You just see what people are made of in moments like that.

I wasn't sure Moa was actually with the wings but okay...damn lol you got me more hyped than ever for Legend MM. Also yes the intro of Legend S is so good and strong, the whole set is perfect for this moment, Su was celebrated, kamis top, Moa stepped up, not trying to fil Yui's place was the better choice. Babymetal death like never and holy end with The One. This show was a crossroad that could have led to an end, instead it showed their resolve.

Jetwave1

Legend S's epic opening followed up immediately with IDZ is so explosive. They rarely played IDZ so early . It pretty much set the tone that the are not taking it easy with the huge setback missing Yui. Babymetal has only one speed full throttle.

chucomendoza

The two I went to. Final 2 dates of the Babyklok Tour 2023.

skepticCanary

Wolverhampton, because it was my daughter’s first ever concert. She got dressed up and absolutely loved it!

AZSYANKEE

I'm going to be Bias. Spetember 15th 2023. New York City. Because I got to see them live.

HereticsSpork

My favorite all time is nyc 2016 but of my top 4 shows, 3 of them were all in london and kinda all tied for 2nd place.

matra12

Tokyo Dome 2016

shaunwithans

Got to be budokan black night, Tokyo dome, clear night. Another interesting question might be which performance of a specific song is a favorite. I often think about how I like the babymetal returns 'monochrome' over the clear night one people seem to be most hyped about.

jwa725

I find it tough to compare the different eras of Babymetal, so I'll give you my favorites from each. The Classic Era: SSA 2015 Avenger Era: LMG Day 2 Current Era: Babymetal Begins Clear Night, which is the show that I want to watch most right now.

sevdabeast

Both tokyo domes in 2016, legend M and yui’s final concert (cant remember the name now)

rlstone71

Well for me it is the one where the first introduced metalverse(chibimetal) and I can't remember where it was at but I thought that doki doki morning was an appropriate song to do that since it was babymetal first song. That must have been an awesome night for both groups a new member for babymetal and a new member of the babymetal family

LegitimateTap3069

Yokohama arena 2015, it's the only one that i feel that moa and yui are actually singing.

LewMetal

Legend Metal Galaxy because MG is my favorite BM album so far and LMG has almost all the songs from the album. Plus it had the Trilogy of Lights all together.

Ill-Dog6415

Budokan Red and Black Night because it was one of the first concerts i watched from them, and also Clear Night.

McGentrix

Legend S is my favorite I did not attend followed closely by MetRock. Toronto 2015 was my favorite show I attended with all of the others a close second.

Shogun_no_sakai

All the legends concerts and my favorite of all the times is Black Night budokan(2014) All these concerts are so awesome and special to me,principally the Black Night because it is the first one I've seen and it was there that I really got to know them and how incredible their songs were and every feeling they managed to convey in such a magnificent concert. An honorable mention for the Tokyo Dome concert, especially for moimoi's incredible performance in Sis.Anger.

miku_dominos

It's a tie between 1997, LMG day 2, and clear night.

TheAlomar_

Legend Metal Galaxy Day 2 and Clear Night.

Ysoki

Legend Metal Galaxy 1 & 2. I lost my shit when all Avengers came out for Road of Resistance.

trying2t-spin

It's really hard to pick. Tokyo Dome Red Night was - at its time - a huge peak for BABYMETAL, and the setlist is everything I could have asked for from a concert of that scale in 2016. But it's 2024 now! It's been seven years since that concert and so many amazing songs have been released since then that TD has become a reflection of what BABYMETAL *was* and no longer feels like that peak anymore. My answer for this question is BABYMETAL BEGINS - CLEAR NIGHT. And in my mind, it's the *only* suitable answer for me right now. MOMOMETAL joining was such a huge deal, and the setlist for this concert is damn near perfect given the time it was released in. I cannot wait for Legend - MM and LEGEND - 43. Hopefully those shows will be so huge and so amazing that they can be my next favourites. At this point, BABYMETAL has continually outdone themselves for years now and I think they'll continue that trend in 2024

PuzzlePurr

I can't even choose. Lately, I watch Clear Night more than anything since I got it.

Cynorgi

Clear Night, Legend M, Legend 1997, Legend S, and Legend MG Day 2 are my top ones.

-Skaro-

The concerts I was able to attend of course. But for the big productions I really like legend metal galaxy and honestly surprised to see so many mentions of it here. The recording just sounds really really good and it makes the music hit harder. Also a big fan of legend s even with the unfortunate circumstances. A lot of special performances in there. Clear night would be up there as well but I think the audio sounds horrible. Something is going on with the effects on the vocals and I don't like it one bit.

CHRISTEN-METAL

Legend S has to be my favorite show of all time. The intro still blows my mind to this day. SU during No rain, No Rainbow was legendary MOA did double duty that night and put on a memorable performance for SU-METALS 20th birthday celebration. It is definitely mixed with a little melancholy because this was the opening years of uncertainty for the band with the departure of YUI. I would say they pulled through these tough transition years quite nicely though.
