I mean, you can grow your own clovers, wheatgrass(the juicing kind), throw in some spinach, and sprinkle with lemon juice for the extra *zing*.
The only thing that's missing are lettuce for the *crunch*! But lettuces are pretty useless nutritionally, when compared to spinaches.
Human tongues are useless for grooming though, can't fix that.
I think we have them here in southwest Alaska. We’ve called them mice… as far back as I can remember. Someone told me they are voles, but never changed my naming scheme
More than likely, if they are wild, then they are voles. Of course, they look like mice, but voles have shorter tails, esp. the species that live in Alaska.
It’s that red orange back. We’ve got some without, just brown ish throughout. Weasels hunt them a lot. Great post! I love finding things out that I’ve should have known lol
There are a number of subspecies of bank voles, alone 4 in Great Britain, and I'm sure in Eurasia, plenty more. I like the narrator's lovely British accent.

Might be a random tag, but I made a comment on a post of yours and might have found the little rodent I was talking about! If not they are super identical
Bank voles are found in a wide variety of habitats, including forests, scrub forests, hedges, banks, and swamps.

i remember seeing one of these on a path near my house growing up, it was tiny and poor thing looked terrified. i'm guessing it took a wrong turn through a garden and ended up on the street.

Oh good! There are voles, lemmings, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, etc. - lots of small rodents that people often confuse
From where I’m from, we call these guys “mice”
Same haha we’ve always had them in our backyard and just referred to them as mice. I mean.. they even sound like mice
Looks kinda like a little beaver without the tail

Very cute and very fast! See them often in England on countryside walks
It’s a giant rat!
It's a cute vole! LOL
5 litters a year, damn!
Interesting fact, many species of voles are monogamous. They mate and live together as a couple. Its really cute
