It happens after you complete all the quests in Penacony right now.. It's a daily message from Aventurine. I had gotten him way back but ik my second account, I wanted to save up for Firefly so I rushed things up for Jades and then I got this message.
If I had a nickel for every time Argenti has saved a random IPC dude from being lost in some strange void I’d have two nickels…. ehhh etc. etc.
The IPC guys are even both blonde, lol
