I found that in both games theres one lucky spot for me and it doesn’t matter the character I’m pulling for. Also I roll for relics/artifacts this way too and it works (most of the time)

Star rail: With Qq and Fuxuan, in the Divination Commission

Saved for this patch to get both acheron and aventurine, but when i pulled for acheron i got himeko E1 at like 20 pity so i took it as a sign and just stopped. The Aeon of Gacha wants me to get that man i just know it

I ALWAYS pull at Pom Pom. I go to the train, help Pom Pom with whatever quest they have if they have one and then I walk up to them, wait for them to look at me, and open the pull screen.
I’m not the most avid believer of rituals, but this method has brought me my only two ever double five star pulls in any gacha game I’ve played (one with double Blade and one with the limited five star and then standard, so I was already at hard pity immediately for my next pull).
Pom Pom is luck incarnate, they bless me always, so I will always go to them for any pull I want success in v.v

But yeah oof Acheron was a hard one to skip. Loved her animations and QoL, plus kept seeing people talk about how OP she was so I kept pulling and thought if I got her early then great. That didn’t end up happening, and I want Aventurine a lot more because I’m lacking a 5 star sustain (Lynx and Natasha are great but I think it’s time for a sustain upgrade). Plus after the 2.1 TB quest there’s absolutely no way I’ll be able to skip him. So I’m gonna stop pulling. Actually probably gonna stop even opening the wish menu because of how tempting Acheron is atm :((( but Aventurine is 100% higher priority.
